Dec 15,2022Bought 10 Black Rhino Midhills with BF Goodrich tyres from these guys, all were ready for the date they told me so picked some up and had some fitted on one of the vans. All was great but one wheel was found to have a little damage so sent pictures and it was replaced straight away. Great service from start to finish, we will be using them again.

Dec 15,2022To reply to lk's comments. When I quoted 2 months I was referring to the total time we have been trying to sort problem. wheels came in good time as agreed! All these problems started at the end of oct, so LK, do the maths. Does LK, agree the alloys where not built up? so regardless of wheels rejected this £100 was cost which had to be payed by me. The two alternatives you give me were unreasonable and would cost me more money? The wheels were rejected as they were not fit for purpose not for any other reason? LK, says they don't understand why they don't fit? The reason is there data base is not up to date. Go to any other alloy site for my car and given the year 2018on on LK, site it's one year choice only 2010 to present ,chassis was different after 2018. Please update your data for more poor unsuspecting customers which will no doubt be many LK, like many greedy company's DON'T care for customer service, just look at the many 1 star ratings to realize this. I have a written report from Land rover Belfast saying this wheels don't fit and they are rubbing on inner wing guard. LK, says use spacers ,I was told by Land rover this could affect my warranty. LK, have deducted a full price for one "SUPPOSEDLY DAMAGED ALLOY"??? I hope they are going to return this alloy to me as I have paid for it. WHAT A OUTFIT. They said I had a text saying alloys are ok I meant a email. They said one alloy was DAMAGED I have a EMAIL from will at sales saying our nominated fitters say the alloys are all fine and you will receive a full refund. Then 1hour later a email from will saying 1 alloy has a very slight mark??? LK, nominated fitters must have caused it??? I did not ask LK, for any other costs I paid e.g. Wheels on/off 3 times report from Land rover fuel costs etc,etc, LK, would not refund any amount unless they where at fault?? So please LK, don't act as if your the wounded party here man up Amit you failed this customer badly. I have kept a record of all emails so please check the one where Will said alloys have been checked and you will receive full refund???????? I have read many of your endless 1 star reviews and totally agree with them. For Pete's sake please,please look at other company's as this one is wheely bad. Paul

The original email invoice said 7-10 days but were delivered ready to fit in 2 days. I would quite happily recommend lkperformance to anyone wanting wheels and tyres for their vehicles.
