Nov 14,2022We found a property to rent on Rightmove and when we went to see the property, Millie Ruck was there and showed us around. She was very cheerful and beautiful which instantly puts you at ease. She exuded confidence in her knowledge and patience with any questions, you can tell she is experienced in her work. She was delightful and helpful and extremely professional and has great etiquette. She responded so quick to all of our emails and let us know the update of the situation within hours. Which for us was so important as we were in need of a property ASAP and we were on edge every day. We have been in a negative situation for the whole of 2022 and she has been the light of this year for us! And not only that but really this is a key turning point in our lives to find a property for our own so she is part of a key point in us having our freedom in 24 years, she made that possible and the experience was nothing but bliss. She is very reliable and trustworthy! Also I still can't believe she isn't a model. :)

Nov 14,2022From start to finish I can’t fault, Steve and a Jason were great at the start commutated with us, put our offer in, once all accepted we were put on to Michelle for the rest, well what can I say if it wasn’t for Michelle keeping me calm and sane throughout this process I don’t think the sale would have gone through, and that’s not due to Loveitts and having problems with them, it was due to the sellers being an absolute nightmare. I must have contacted Michelle everyday for about 2 months towards the end, things were getting tight and we were about to be homeless with two children from having to be out of our rental property and nothing was too much trouble for her. She did what she said she would do, communicated with us all the time, even if she had nothing to update us with. Michelle is an absolute credit to the company, it was a shame we couldn’t collect the keys from her office so we could have both enjoyed the moment together :) Thanks for everything Michelle you kept me going on our very stressful journey.

We would certainly recommend Loveitts and use them in the future.

The online customer property file was a fantastic way to monitor viewings, feedback and sales progression. Sales Progression Manager Michelle was brilliant. She helped to keep the sale moving forward and provided much needed reassurance during a couple of very stressful moments. Would definitely recommend.

Aug 21,2022Rebekah Gill helped me with the eviction of a troublesome and unpleasant tenant. Rebekah went above and beyond, phoning me, writing extra emails and letters to the tenant, filling forms so all I had to do was sign, and she was helpful, friendly and supportive throughout. She nearly had me in tears a couple of times; I could not believe how far she put herself out to help me. Eviction was successful and R did far more than she had to. I would recommend Rebekah and Loveitts to anyone going through the grim eviction process! Superb. Thank you.
