Waited 8weeks for my item to arrive and was given no response to my inquiries about it. Bib fits great tho! Quality gear and very stylish!

Customer service is almost non-existent. Sure, they'll answer you right away if you have a question about placing an order. But once you've given them your money, don't expect to hear much from them. It took 2 weeks, 5 emails, and 10 attempts at contacting via website chat before I got a response. However, if you search this business on the California BBB, you will see they seem to respond rather quickly to people over there. Terrible service, terrible product.

I’m so glad I reached out to Love The Pain directly! Their customer service was prompt, kind and extremely helpful. They even helped me why sizing when I couldn’t find any tape measure. I cannot wait to get my new bibs and am grateful to Love The Pain for the awesome experience:)

The products are great but the customer service is awful!!! I’m still waiting on a tee shirt from an order I placed in May 2020 of last year! They take at least a week, if you’re lucky, to respond to emails. They use the excuse of Covid issues, which is understandable, but then it’s even more important to communicate with your customers. I will never order from them again because it’s too much of a pain to get the products you order.

Ordered over 10months ago and still nothing. Every time I request an update I get either “it’s currently in production” or “your shipment was lost”. Cool looking gear, pity I don’t think it’s actually real.

If I could I would give you Zero stars. You are by far the worst company I EVER had to deal with. Lost my order , you do not follow up on anything. You do not answer email or phone calls. I ordered three Items in September of 2020 and have only received I item thus far. No Urgency , no professionalism, Literally have never seen this before and you charge a lot for your stuff. NEVER AGAIN !! BTW, please finally send me my two outstanding items

I submitted and paid for my order on 11/27/2020, with the expectation and understanding that I’d have to wait as long as 12 weeks for my order to arrive. The website says 9-12 weeks. I figured ordering ONE item at first wouldn’t be that difficult, and if I liked it during the next riding season I could then order more kit. Once the 12-week mark came and went (in February), I have checked-in numerous times about the status and shipment of my order. The order I placed 27 weeks ago. I have received only excuses or silence in reply. First, they said it shipped (no tracking number was sent) but lost in transit. Then, it was 2-3 weeks from being ready. Then, after another several weeks passed with no update, I checked in and suddenly there were delays on chamois deliveries from Italy. Then, no response at all to my last message. I have no issue waiting for custom kit. It’s not even the fact that it’s been 27 weeks (double what the website advertised) and I haven’t gotten what I paid for. It’s the excuses and the poor/nonexistent communication when I contact them. If they’d told me I was way back in line, and that it’d be another few months - that might have even been acceptable. What a colossal disappointment LTP has been.

Beautiful products that have that (hard to find in the endurance sports world) edginess. I truly hope it’s been worth the wait! My order has taken a while post-COVID as production is catching up, which is understandable. The only thing I’d suggest is putting more communication in place for customers to set realistic expectations.

It was a horrible experience! Took almost three months to receive my order? (1 pair of bib shorts) I believe the only reason I even received my order was because I sent three or four emails. What a hassle!

Lead-times are too long, it seems to me there is no follow-up on pending orders. My husband has been waiting for his order for over a year and they only make promises to deliver and they don't. Hope they really get better soon.

I love the style of the brand but my order history is really bad. First order in year 2019 toke 4+ months to arrive. My dicember 1st 2020 order arrived on June 1st 2021, 6 months later ........ from bad to worst

I suscribed in August 2019 for standard tri registration way long before covid and never received anything up untill I fired a Paypal complain in December. I received a threatning email from Ben Haas giving me 24h to withdraw the claim (screenshot of it will be available in the Anti LTP FB page). After that, Paypal compelled them to send something so they sent only the racing kit (1/3 of items). Now that the case is closed, they no longer respond saying my kit was sent and further action from Paypal they reply sending the tracking number of the 1 out of 3 package they sent in December 2019 and I am still expecting a hat and a t-shirt to that day (May 2021). I must reopen the claim for a partial refund.

i placed an order with this company on May 10 2019, it involved custom artwork that was sent that day. In June 2019 I inquired as to where my order was and I was told the art department was waiting on my custom artwork so I sent them again, in July they replied and asked for them again. Now fast forward months later to January 2020 I get an email telling me that due to human error they just found my item and it would ship out the next day. never happened. my inquiring emails went unanswered. in June 2020 I was very lucky to get the personal cell number of owner Ben Haas. he promised me it would be completed that week and shipped that week he also offered me a $1000 gift card as an apology. never heard from him again, December 2020 i reach out again and just get more and more lies in response. its been a literal $hit show i have asked for a refund at least 100 times only to be ignored over and over again. this company is a 100% scam and I just want my money back now over 2 years later
