This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with an apparel company 24 months and I’m still waiting for my product to be delivered poor communication and unwillingness to be transparent with the buying process funny enough I still receive promotion emails why would I ever buy something from you again
Took 10 months to get items. They don’t fit well. Doubt I’ll get an exchange. I’m sure it would take another 3 years
This was a horrible experience and I will not buy from this company again.Was constantly misinformed from the company as to when the product would ship. I paid for a product 6 to 7 months before it shipped. 400 plus dollars
I ordered a shirt back in early December for a Christmas gift. Just got in now in May... I basically had considered this a lost cause and a wasted $30 when February rolled around and I hadn't heard from the company on the status of my order. Regular communication on my order would have helped this situation, especially an email when I first ordered the shirt on the extent of the delay in making & shipping this item. Bottom line, I will never order again from Love the Pain.
Avoid at all cost. Much better company’s to support. Instead of being cursed at by “business” owner. Ben’s a joke spend your money else where.
This is my third time posting a review since it seems like the only way to get an answer. I placed my order in mid-December 2020, I paid in December the full amount $555 and today, May 4th I have not gotten anything but excuses and lies. I’ve been told several times that my order will be shipped in a week. I am not interested in my order anymore, I just want my money back. If you are thinking of the ordering something do yourself a favor and don’t do it. Here is my order number LTP12665. UPDATE: filed a complaint through BBB, and LTP’s response was that if I was a real customer I had to email them to see where my order was. I DON’T WANT THE PRODUCTS ANYMORE, I am tired of being lied to my face. I WANT A REFUND OF THE VERY REAL 555USD THAT I PAID FOR IN DECEMBER 2020. New update: LTP is accusing me of “having an agenda” and yes I do. I want a refund ASAP, I’ve been lied to more than once, promising my order “by the end of the week”.
I have given some careful thought about my review and rating. I do not like to speak bad or do harm to anyone but seeing as I was invited to do a review, I figured I would pass along my experience. I placed the order on September 25th, 2019 it arrived on April 28th, 2021 (19 months for those counting). The estimated production time was 8-12 weeks. The order was placed a good 3 months before the world learned of COVID and a good 6 months before COVID was reported in the US. Delays due to COVID (even though my order was placed 6 months before) I fully understand, and would not have impacted my rating, what did was that my inquiries were replied with answers ranging from "the order will be shipped in 2 weeks"; "order is due to ship on Friday"; "the box is being packed"; etc. Had it not been for the blatant misinformation my rating would have been higher (though still not any above 2, 3 or higher would be if the information had been accurate). Promises of some things that would be included as a way to say "sorry" were also not met (I never asked for anything free, this was offered). Attempts to talk on the phone were made (recently), but due to the 15 hour time difference this is somewhat of a challenge (usually it was 1am my time), but never a clear answer on the simple question "when?" which is easy enough to reply via email. Of course I have all the communication (including voice mails) should any of the above be disputed. Unfortunately I am still waiting for orders placed earlier in 2019. Now for the suit I ordered, the design is great. I would say think about your sizing. I am 6'4" at 180lbs and L fits like a glove. If you carry any extra weight you will need to go larger. My arms are not massive but the sleeves are tight (not too much so that it bothers me) but big biceps might be an issue. Take away from this what you will (again all the above is documented should anyone want to dispute any of the details).
If I could give less than 1 star I would.... This order was placed in January of 2020. I tried so many times to get a truthful response from you so many times but continued to get vague responses or none at all. If you just would have been honest with me I would have been able to swallow it better. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a part of my order shipped. The other half took an additional 4 months. This is actually the 2nd order I have had this experience with - will not place a 3rd. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Too bad as your product designs are super cool...
Two years from purchase date to delivery. During covid I asked for an update on my order and never received a response. I went to the Better Business Bureau to voice my concern and hopefully get contact, at this point I wanted a refund. Love the pain responded in a rude manor and refused to refund my money. This business is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I hope you go bankrupt
Almost 2 months waiting for 1 Jersey, I have sent emails asking for a realistic delivery date but no response from Customer Service....
It took exactly 2 years! Horrible!! Just horrible. I never ever(!!!) would order anything!! And I don’t suggest it at all!! Just horrible And I ordernd 1 Yes-R before the Pandemie started!! I Sender like 100 Mails! Very horrible! This is unacceptable!
It’s been 2 months and have not gotten my order I ordered in MArch 2020 and I am still waiting! They were very responsive at first, but now they stopped replying. I want my stuff or a refund, I paid a lot of money!
My order is now open for MORE THAN ONE YEAR! I am asking for it on a constant basis (about once a month) and I was told that shipping is only one week away - for the past 6 months. Absolutely not acceptable. No refund offered. It is the second time that I have troubles with the delivery - last time it took them only (!) six months. However, I made the same mistake and ordered more items. Never again! I think that the company just does not want to ship abroad, so foreign buyers stay away!
Ordered my items to the correct address and verified with a representative from love the pain that it was in fact the correct address. The currier made a mistake when delivering and flagged the shipment to be returned to sender. After contacting Love the Pain they did correct the issue and was able to get the order corrected and shipped to me a different route at no cost.
My experience so far with this company has been perfect. I went to the chat tonight and was able to chat with someone right away. All of my questions & concerns were answered and talked through. I’m looking forward to getting my Tri Suit as they are able to print & ship to me right away! UPDATE! My order was shipped & delivered Fast as promised! The design and quality of the suit is PERFECT! I am so happy! I will be shopping again very soon!
Great marketing, very poor customer experience. I ordered a kit in November 2020 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I contacted them via email, mailbox on their website and Instagram but all I get is excuses and vague promises. I will never buy from them anymore.
The best Tri Suit I've ever had. I Like it. And my mates love it. Worth to wait.

Seriously. I ordered 2 running hats and 2 T-shirts and it literally took one year for them to fill the order. Trying to reach a person through their customer service is impossible. Out of the half-dozen emails I sent to their customer service account I got two canned responses, neither of which were in any way helpful. Finding a phone number is nearly impossible, and when I did I reached a voicemail account and my voicemail message was never returned.

May 07,2021This is my second review against Love the Pain. My order is #LTP8627, placed on August 2, 2019. The second piece sent on February 2021, and 2/4 of my suits size XS ARE NOWHERE TO FIND. When I tried to contact through email and chatbox on the website, they promised I would hear from them tomorrow, but never see that tomorrow coming. I have filed with DoJ complaint against business, and I AM READY TO ESCALATE TO SMALL CLAIM CASE. I have told them I wanted my suits right now, or refund my MONEY immediately. I saw his reply on other review of supporting American business, but has he considered consumers feeling? If he paid for something, for nearly 2 years? And this happened way before the pandemic started.. remember, I ordered in August 2019… and the pandemic started in Feb 2020…. I want either reply/ respond/refund from the business; otherwise; Ill keep sending review until my voice concerns.
