Mar 03,2022I have placed a couple of orders and the promised delivery time is not being met. I have one order for a trisuit that is still undelivered after one year. I will not order from this company again as they do not reply to messages.

Mar 02,2022Terrible customer service, it took over a year for my product to arrive and they are always so hard to contact. Their sizing is all over the board, I ordered large shorts and the sent me medium ones that would not fit, they would not refund me for their mistake. I had to file a complaint through my credit card to have it resolved. They make a good product, but are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have a terrible team and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would highly advise not to use!

If anyone reads this from love the pain can you please give me an update on when I can be expecting anything as I would actually love to get the chance to review the product properly. Feb 15,2022The last item I received was ordered on Dec 3rd, 2020. I followed up many times and finally received the second, last item last week. I get irritated responses when I follow up and am still waiting on an order that is over $800 total that was ordered 9/29/2021. See below: Following up again on Order #LTP14411 ordered 9/29/2021. It is combined with Order #LTP14574 for a total of $852. My races start soon and I will be at St George WC in May and training there in Mar/Apr.

Feb 10,2022Ordered these in the hopes they woild be longer than LTP’s usual shorts given their 7” inseam product description. However; these arrived with less than a 4” inseam and LTP will not let me exchange for a longer pair like in their product description….. 1 star

Feb 04,2022We started working with Love The Pain and Ben Haas for our custom tri / multisport club apparel in early January. By the end of January we were receiving finished items for the club after a professional and quick design period with Ben. So far the Galaxy bibs, razor run singlets, run shirts, and foam hats are the best quality we've seen. The price point per item is lower than we could've imagined.

Feb 02,2022the shirt that I ordered from Love The Pain is beautiful and no doubt so are all their other products. I ordered the shirt in June 2021 and revived it in Jan of 2022!!! No joke. I am dead serious. I sent multiple emails and texts through their site and got responses to some of them. Mostly I got ignored. The worst customer service ever. If you are not eager to get a riduxt abs can’t wait oh, 6-8 months than go ahead and order. Super frustrating that a company with such great elixirs can’t get it together. Yes I’m aware of supply shortage in the world but at least resound to emails.

Jan 22,2022Dealing with this company was not for me. Their designs and products are, in my option, the best out there. The clothing and gear are awesome, unique and fashionable. I placed an order and waited 5 months to get it. Their customer service could use improving. When I reached out to ask about my order they frequently never answered and when they did, I received what seems like an automated response and they never answered my question. Dealing with them was often frustrating and I didn’t know if I was ever going to get my products. I was offered a free product for filling out a review and the hat never came. When I reached out to ask about it they send me a gift certificate for the hat, so I purchased the hat and paid shipping on a hat i was promised free. The hat took 6 weeks to ship. It took me almost a year to get the items I purchased from them and there were times I felt they responded rudely to my questions (when they did respond).

Jan 21,2022Review my item? I haven’t received anything. It looks like this company makes cool stuff but I’m starting to think it’s all a scam. Customer service is terrible. When they do respond, they are not helpful. I would be very cautious ordering anything from this company.
