Oct 31,2018Don't even THINK about using these cowboys. Today is the third day that I have been promised fitting only for nobody to turn up. Where to start? They seem to use any old sub-contractors who will take a job. The people in the office will mislead you repeatedly. I eventually had two windows fitted (substandard) by a couple of subcontractors who were hopeless, turning up at 2pm instead of 'first thing'. I ended up calling the company to say I would not have that fitting team back on my property and wanted another team to complete the job. Every subsequent day I tried to get a fitting booked, the fitters were 'held up on the previous job' despite having told me they would be at work at my house the next morning. For three days. On two of these occasions the fitters had been booked to be at my house having come from Liverpool and Huddersfield (I am on the edge of Bradford) - apparently with no travelling time included in their day. The people in the office will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I have now cancelled the remainder of my order and will have to pay other fitters to fix the problems I am left with - plus find another company to do my remaining window. They have left scratches on my block-paved drive, wasted several days of my time and not lived up to their contract, in my opinion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The 'amazing' prices are not worth the hassle. They have clearly taken on too much work and can't handle it. And don't be fooled by the professional looking website and the Covent Garden contact address for the company, which gives the impression of a competent company. The outfit is owned by an individual in Thornton, Bradford, so why he can't use a Bradford address for his company, who knows.

Oct 27,2018Absolutely shocking. Ordered windows and door on 6th August 2018 and still not fitted. Made 7 telephone calls in the last 5 days. Excuse after excuse each time we ring. Never ring back. Said fitters were coming on two different occasions and they never turned up. We even had the fitting date in writing. An absolute con company. We have now cancelled the order and will have to take them to court to retrieve our £1,000 deposit.

Oct 25,2018Wow when i first looked at getting my windows replaced this was the first company i came across it was suggested to me by a colleague of mine at work. And i must say i cannot fault them at all, everything about the process was streamline and simple. Clean & Quick, they had came and left without a trace! the only thing being different is my perfect windows that they installed, i'm more than happy with the job they have performed. Would recommend to anyone looking to get new windows.

Oct 24,2018Generally very happy with Love Windows - salesman not too pushy and very pleasant, slight confusion with date for surveyor, but was soon resolved and again a very nice man! Fitters very good and worked hard, although caused some damaged to bathroom tiles. Also had wrong openings on two windows. A bit miffed by the chasing for payment IMMEDIATELY, but managed to resolve the above issues painlessly - would still recommend Love Windows.

Oct 24,2018Partner ordered 2 windows in june, was told between 8 and 12 weeks to supply and fit, that date came and went, she rang up to be told that the fitter was ill ( dont believe them), and they would ring back(they didnt). Then rang up next day, and person on phone said that the previous days call hadnt been logged and he would look into it and ring back after speaking to installations team, and said if he doesnt to ring back and ask for mo( was his name), he didnt ring back and when she said she was to speak to mo, the man on phone said he was mo, and that he hadnt spoke to her before, and someone must be pretending to be him. And there was a long list of people before her to speak too first, you couldnt make it up its unbelieveble, as to how bad the customer service is, the reviews on here tell it's own story. Feel like were being fobbed off and ripped off, they couldnt care less!!!!!!!

Oct 22,2018Excellent service from start to finish, The fitters Kev and Ashley did a fantastic job of fitting the windows,doors soffits,facias and gutterings. It makes a change to find someone who take pride in their work, totally professional from start to finish. Attention to detail was fantastic and they made sure we were happy with the work all the way through. They told us what they would be doing the next day, so we could arrange things if required.Cannot speak highly enough of Kev and Ashley, Definitely Premier league fitters. We would not hesitate to recommend Love Windows.

Oct 20,2018Ordered a window 17 weeks ago to replace a damaged one. I’ve been misled, let down and kept hanging on. They don’t call, won’t give me any positive response and leave me feeling like I’m being ripped off. They have my money and haven’t supplied and fitted my window or returned my money. Appalling customer service. Update : Love windows have eventually come through, got my window fitted ...quality product / window for a great price, fitters did a quick & clean job ! I’d recommend Love windows if you want quality for great price but only if you’re not in a hurry as they do take some time from ordering to fitting !
