Nov 02,2018The fitting team were very courteous and efficient and completed the task in a day. Although one of the windows manufactured by the factory was found to be wrong on fitting the problem was rectified within a couple of days. Overall we were very happy with the service

Nov 02,2018DEFINITELY 5* STAR I’ve had many companies over the years at lots of different properties but I must say these guys went above and beyond their line of duty! I’m going to have more work done on the rest of the house because I know I’ll never get this good of a quality product for this low of a price from anywhere ! Thank you so much to the whole team from the salesman to the fitters looking forward to see you again :) ps so is most of my street they all want quotes too

Nov 02,2018Nice windows, the fitters were quick,clean, and friendly. The office staff are really nice but needs to up its game with organising fitting dates and making sure they stick to them. Twice I was let down and not told the date had changed, but in the end all is well and will be using them again in the near future. Making the final payment was easy and has to be made on the day of fitting which I fully agreed with because we have had a good window fitted for a really good price. The guarantee was posted out to us within the week.

Nov 01,2018I had my families full house 10 windows and 3 doors replaced, we couldn’t be more happier then we are at the full experience we’ve had with love windows. However, the only snag was that we had to wait a week longer then other companies we looked at but for the price and quality off product we are ecstatic. Also the fitters were a set off really good genuine hard working lads who got the job done efficiently and to an extremely high standard. Definitely feeling the love from love windows...thank you to the whole firm

Nov 01,2018Contacted this company having seen their TV advertising. I was attracted by their no-nonsense pricing and "no hassle" promise. I was a little sceptical having received quotes from several other companies who employed all manner of tricks to generate a sale... however, I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman was friendly, non-pushy, and delivered a quote that was exactly what they promised it would be. The ordering process was simple and was followed up by a very quick surveyors visit. The fitting team were simply brilliant. Fast, efficient, polite, tidy (as much as possible given the scale of the work) and kept me informed throughout. They completely removed 7 large windows and had the new ones in place inside 3 1/2 hours!!! The quality of both the windows and their workmanship was incredibly high. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Nov 06,2018First they show up to install windows at 6pm. My husband turned them away. Then when they do come they install a cracked window and 2 windows that don't close properly. They left sharpish without me signing anything. Tried to contact them 17 times to get them to come back and fix the windows, they hung up. Not heard a peep from them since. They are not being paid until they fix my windows. Who does that? Further. In reply. 97 minutes after I post a bad review you reply? We've not heard a peep for over a week. Not to assure us you're on to the problem. Not to allieve our worries that you will get them fixed. Nothing. But leave a bad review and you're all over it. It's extraordinarily bad customer service. Now, I have to go through the rigmarole again of locking my dogs away and camping out in one room all day while you fix what should have been done in the first place. Your workers were great, nice lads, polite and worked hard. But your customer service is absolutely shocking.
