Dec 04,2024Luggage Forward is, simply put, amazing. I was tentative about shipping essential baggage - gear for an expedition in the Himalaya - but had no other option due to back-to-back trips. But, Luggage Forward came through as they promised, with prompt delivery of shipping labels, seamless pickup of the bags (I was not home), trackable status en route, and delivery to a rental property to my relative right on time and without a hitch. While not the cheapest out there, you get what you pay for, and Luggage Forward is worth every penny.

They guided us through the process each step of the way and quickly responded to our questions. Pickup was early on the specified day and the items were delivered early.
