Absolutely appalling my bag went to an incorrect address and after being told this was escalated and id be called back within a day I got no reply. I had to spend hours myself with ups to deal with this and still four days later no reply from luggage forward. I will never use this company again

We were on the Ultimate World cruise and LF helped so many of us with our treasures and our necessities for the 9 month adventure. I didn't use the service going TO the cruise but did coming home so I don't know about how it went from home, but on the ship the nice woman who traveled with us from Canada was really nice and helpful so going home was a cinch. I am disappointed that BOTH my pieces of luggage were damaged beyond repair but I think that was more on the carrier than on LF. I also think the service is VERY expensive and wouldn't use it except for very specific uses like another world cruise....

The company representative onboard the Serenade was a joy to deal with and the booking process was easy to navigate. My only complaint is about the tracking system. It was advertised as real-time tracking, however it lagged for days at a time. I use AirTags when sending luggage through airlines and find that to be the most efficient method of tracking luggage. Perhaps there is some type of similar device that your company could use to improve this aspect of your tracking.
Luggage forward made our long cruise simple by handling our luggage from our home to the ship and back. We will use their services again.

Sep 27,2024As an older traveler who enjoys cruising, my wife and I needed some way to get a lot of outfits to the ship without jackassing a lot of bags or just a few that are too heavy to handle. Sending them in advance using your service met our needs perfectly and was well executed from beginning to end. We will never try to carry cruise baggage again - the cost of using the service was nominal and you delivered the goods perfectly.
