Our experience sending a bag to our cruise went fine. On the return, your rep was not at the cruise terminal when we disembarked and there was a lot of confusion from the port personnel as how to contact them. They showed up about 20 minutes later after a few frantic phone calls. Keep in mind, the ship docked about two hours prior to us leaving the ship. Didn't you know when we were to arrive?

Using Luggage Forward continues to be very easy and very reliable. It was so nice not to have to lug a large bag with us as we continued our holiday for another week. The only negative was that when our bag arrived home, it was unlocked and there was no note inside as to why it had been opened. Nothing appeared to be missing but it was still a bit disconcerting. We will use Luggage Forward in the future nevertheless.
Picking up and delivery were done with care. Notification and tracking was spot on. In a later reservation, I had to cancel. Again service was exemplary.
The prep and shipment went well. The major issue was we did not received confirmation of delivery to the port until 2 days into the cruise. There was major anxiety as we neared departure time until the bag appeared in our cabin minutes before sail away, All other baggage delivery had been done for several hours.

Such a great trustworthy service, the communication by email was great. Tracking was great you knew when and where your luggage was when it would be picked up and dropped off. Going on a cruise we used luggage forward so we didn't have to lug our luggage around when we had a hotel stay or city sightseeing before embarking. We'll use it again and again

We have used Luggage Forward more than a dozen times over the years for sending luggage to cruise ships and safaris and back and to sending luggage between our home in California and our home in Italy and everything in between. Every experience has been a good one and, almost every time, our luggage arrived earlier than the promised deadline. Even though we could most times check the bags on our flights at no additional cost, we prefer not having to deal with foreign or domestic Customs policies that require claiming and rechecking baggage or simply having to worry about transfers between tight connecting international flights.
The straight line communication and ease of scheduling, made my experience stress free. They deliver what they promise and exceed expectation no matter where you're shipping from or delivering to.
