This is not the first time I have used LF, but it was a first that the delivery service left my luggage on my front porch without a signature or prior approval. It was disappointing, especially since I contacted LF prior to ask them to either hold luggage or deliver the next day. I was told the luggage would not be left without a signature and that it would be re-delivered the next day. This obviously was not the case. Other than that, I do like the service and have never had any issues before.
On time was great but two broken wheels on one piece of luggage was not.
Collection at the port was quick and easy. It was delivered exactly when promised.

Upon my receipt of my Luggage Forward travel roller-bag, I discovered a missing pair of brand new slacks. They were packed on top and the bag was not locked so that I could insert the LF paperwork. I have used LF before, with no problems. I regret this happened and will most likely use another service in the future, unless LF would reimburse me for my loss. DA

We shipped three golf bags from Orlando, Florida to Edinburgh Scotland. The bags were picked up on time on a Tuesday and delivered to our hotel on Thursday. Two day delivery was a remarkable performance and far exceeded our estimate of delivery time. We shipped them back to the United States a week later and they arrived within three days. The best part was we were able to track where our bags were at all times. I highly recommend Luggage Magic Forward.
Heard about this service last year and as a single woman struggling with luggage in busy airports thought I'd give it a try. I was skeptical but it was exactly as promised. My luggage was picked up at my door in Washington state and was in my ship stateroom in Norway when I embarked on my cruise! Luggage put outside my door when cruise ended and delivered back to my home--AMAZING!! Plus, no dented or battered luggage!!
We had a couple of skis to be shipped from Canada to Australia and were surprised to find that there were very limited options. Those who accepted the shipment as personal effects charged a huge amount. We were lucky to find Luggage Forward. From our initial inquiry to the booking, everything was seamless. They made it so easy for us and even handled the import paperwork. A special mention to the customer service rep, Jen Petitte, who was very patient in answering all my questions. The skis arrived safely ahead of schedule, and we were thrilled. We have no hesitation in recommending Luggage Forward and will surely use them again
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Ever. Our suitcase did not arrive at our hotel until after we had returned home from our trip. The suitcase then languished at our Cape Town hotel for a week before they retrieved it. Then it took another month for Luggage Forward to return our suitcase to us in the US. All in, they had our luggage for about 7 weeks. During that time, the customer service reps lied and/or offered empty apologies and excuses. We had to buy clothing and sundries yet they refuse to reimburse for the expenses or even refund for us for the cost of the shipping service. From reading other reviews, I gather they claim customs problems which allows them to weasel out of reimbursing customers for delays. We spoke to a customs official who said that suitcases of clothing don’t get typically delayed by customs. The incompetence at Luggage Forward is truly staggering, and their “Terms and Conditions” give total protection from pesky customer complaints. What a scam! I wouldn’t trust them to take out my garbage. You’ve been warned: use Luggage Forward at your own risk!
I shipped my luggage domestically for a wedding on June 22. The luggage tag was delivered to the hotel not the luggage itself! Had to buy new clothes for a family of six. Luggage Forward is still processing my claim one month later. I have received emails that state it may delay my processing time if I continue to send emails and inquiries. What?? Very disappointed. It should not take one month to make it right.
The convenience of having our luggage on site upon our arrival was amazing. Not having to manage large pieces of luggage through airports, onto trains, into cabs, etc. was incredibly advantageous to my wife and I during our vacation. Further, the stress of packing immediately prior to traveling was completely removed because we had already packed out well before we departed. Made for a much easier, more relaxing start to our vacation.

Jul 26,2024Overall, our experience was very good with Luggage Foward. The only negative was that they scheduled pickup for two weeks in advance of our trip. That seemed early for us. We were not in town for the pickup so we had to leave our luggage with a neighbor. But the pickup went off without a hitch. Upon return from our cruise, Luggage Forward was at the terminal and the handoff went smoothly. Our luggage arrived earlier than expected and we were happy about that.
