The pick up and delivery to the ship was flawless. The pickup at the ship was flawed do to the cruise personnel. The employee handling the pickup for Luggage Forward went the extra mile locating my missing bag and getting it where it should be instead of lost inside the cruise terminal.
LF did everything they said they would do. Our luggage was waiting on our bed when we embarked on July 4. We found it inconvenient, however, that the luggage had been picked up so much earner (June 21). This was a 15-day cruise, so we had to buy some clothing to bridge the gap. Another problem was the restrictions on what could be shipped. We're both in our 80s and that mean lots of prescriptions. That, along with the prohibition of anything with a batters, placed a real strain on our carry-on luggage. Perhaps this is unavoidable but it sure was a headache for us as we again had to place much more in our carry-ons than we're accustomed to.
We needed to take significantly more clothing on a trip this year to Europe for a black tie event Rather than lug it around we had it shipped. Made travel and life so much easier.

Every trip I take with luggage forward, at least 1 bag comes back with at least I wheel broken or missing. I know that every voyage that I use you, I have to buy New luggage. The world was 1, Alaska was 1.
Delivering on time is positive. Damaging suitcase is not so great. Losing a strap over the luggage on the way out, damaging a zipper on side pocket on the way back. And also ripping some material from the front pocket. More care needs to be taken of the entrusted luggage.
Expert service all the way. Luggage arrived as promised, even arrived sooner than expected when I was watching the tracking. Loved not lugging luggage all over, thank you for the great experience.
