Nov 08,2024The best experience: luxury brands, great and quality products and fast shipping. BUT the only disadvantage is the cost of shipping 26€ is too much for each delivery ! It should be free for example above 50€ or 100€. It is the only reason I don’t buy frequently and that’s why the 3*, otherwise it is 100*!!!

Nov 05,2024I ordered several Tom Ford and Missoni items from Luisaviaroma and had to return a couple of things. The overall service was easy and quick and the return was processed promptly. I’m deducting a star because they only offer a £16 express delivery option to the UK, and no standard delivery, and because I had to print out a lot of paperwork to send the parcel back. If this was fixed I’d use Luisaviaroma more often.

Nov 05,2024They no longer have real customer service representatives; everything is handled by AI, even the email responses. Although different names are used, all replies come from AI. If you want to inquire about product details, there won’t be a real person to respond and the information is sure to be incorrect because they won't check the product details. With such poor service, they might as well just shut down. Who would take the risk of trusting them?（Response to ‘LUISA VIA ROMA’）

Ho effettuato il reso di un ordine di circa 500 euro oltre un mese fa, e da allora attendo il rimborso senza alcun riscontro concreto. Nonostante le numerose comunicazioni, ricevo solo giustificazioni che cambiano di volta in volta, e questo sta diventando insostenibile. La situazione mi sta creando un grave disagio, con un impatto significativo sulla mia salute e sulla mia quotidianità. Sto affrontando difficoltà emotive a causa di questa esperienza, e la mancanza di trasparenza e affidabilità mi ha causato un profondo stress. Avevo fiducia nella vostra azienda, ma ora mi sento tradito e preoccupato per la somma che, di fatto, mi è stata sottratta. Vi chiedo gentilmente di risolvere immediatamente la situazione, effettuando il rimborso e fornendomi un aggiornamento chiaro e definitivo. Spero di poter chiudere presto questa vicenda con la correttezza che mi aspettavo da LuisaViaRoma.
