Nov 29,2024Before they were offering delivery with UPS and you could choose a pick-up point, now they use DHL and removed the option to get your package delivered in a pickup point!! And they charge you 16€ for that! I was not home that day so it was a nightmare to get my package delivered by DHL, really annoying and a real turnoff. I won't order more until they fix that. Also it was not advertised before purchasing, if I knew I didn't have any option to get it delivered to a collection point, I would've bought somewhere else.

Nov 28,2024Schlechtester Customer Service den ich jemals erlebt habe. Paket bestellt, 16€ Versandt gezahlt, Paket wurde "abgegeben" beim Pick Up Store, dort hatte es niemand. Nach mehreren Emails dann selbst bei UPS angerufen um rauszufinden wo es ist und einen Prozess starten lassen. Gleichzeitig mit LV geschrieben die bitte helfen sollen. Dann Funkstille. Auf Nachfrage immer mind. 24h abwarten für eine Antwort und dann kamen generelle emails ohne Auskunft sich melde jemand. Dann nach 1 Woche bei UPS gesehen, dass das Paket retourniert wird. Auch dazu keine Auskunft bei LV wieso nicht wie gebeten neu zugestellt wird wenn das Paket schon gefunden wurde. Dann mehrmals gefragt ob sie bitte ein neues los schicken und besonders meine 16€ Versandt erstatten. Keine Antwort. Mehrmals gefragt beschwert. Keine Antwort. Dann irgendwann Antworten bekommen die basically sagen "nicht unser problem". Nun soll das Geld zurück erstattet werden nach über 2 Wochen hin und her und heckmeck und auf die Frage was sie jetzt mir anbieten für dieses ganze Chaos kam "We regret your disappointment. We would like to reaffirm that LUISAVIAROMA cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond LUISAVIAROMA’s control. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance." Also am Ende hatte ich nur Kopfschmerzen dazu, hatte nicht meine Bestellung die ich für einen Termin gebraucht hätte und habe nichtmal ein Angebot von ihnen zur wieder gut machung. Bin mehr als Enttäuscht und maximal wütend über den ganzen Ablauf. Wir reden von einem Designer Retailer. Das kann nicht sein.

Nov 25,2024Package never came. The customer service was beyond horrible. Took days to respond and each time answered with - we are talking to DHL. This went on for weeks. There was no tracking info. I still don’t have the items or a refund. I cannot believe this is a real business. This was a large large order. Will never buy here again. Sticking to farfetch and mytheresa. Shameful.

Nov 22,2024Acquisto un paio di scarpe Dolce e Gabbana dal valore di circa 550€ prese in sconto ad un prezzo inferiore ,arrivano le indosso mi si scollano davanti dopo il primo utilizzo ,contatto il centro assistenza mi dicono che contatteranno il produttore per l’accaduto alla fine organizzano il reso per consegnarle al produttore facciamo tutta questa procedura dopo 1 mese mi rispediscono le scarpe dicendomi che hanno riparato il problema e me le riconsegnano nello stesso identico modo questo è quanto un paio di scarpe difettose….. Ho cambiato la mia recensione a 4 stelle in quanto LUISAVIAROMA ha provveduto al rimborso delle mie scarpe capendo che il problema era del loro fornitore
