Dec 10,2024Esperienza terribile, ordino un prodotto con spedizione obbligatoria da pagare di 10€ che assicurano arrivi in 1/2 giorni lavorativi, la merce oltre a non essere arrivata entro i 2 giorni lavorativi (causandomi a me del disagio dato che avevo un compleanno quella sera) la costumer service ha pure il coraggio di rispondermi che secondo la loro “policy” prevedono dei ritardi e non procederanno neanche al rimborso dei soldi (10€) della spedizione per il danno a me causato. Per non parlare del fatto che la maglietta ordinata è arrivata solo avvolta in della carta e lo scatolone scarabocchiato con scritta la via col pennarello. MAI PIÙ

Dec 08,2024Title: Disappointing Service and Empty Promises I ordered an item from Luisaviaroma on the 1st of December and paid for express shipping, expecting a smooth and prompt delivery. It took them four days just to ship the item, which is far from “express.” To make matters worse, DHL missed the scheduled delivery date on the 6th and has yet to deliver the package. I contacted Luisaviaroma’s customer service multiple times via email and phone, only to receive empty promises and no real solutions. It’s frustrating to pay extra for express shipping only to face such delays and lack of accountability. At this point, I still haven’t received my order. Extremely disappointed and hesitant to shop with them again. * as you can see from their reply,no accountability…..if you have excess workload,hire excess staff….

Dec 07,2024Servizio clienti, che rispondono dalla Croazia, impreparati e inconcludenti e per non parlare delle risposte ottenute tramite email. Comunicano che provvederanno al rimborso perché il pagamento non è andato a buon fine. Domanda: se il pagamento non è andato a buon fine perché provvederanno al rimborso ? Risposta poco chiara e senza darmi nessuna spiegazione al riguardo visto che il pagamento effettuato con carta di credito è stato addebitato sul mio conto e spero che al più presto mi venga fatto il rimborso. Assurdo!

Dec 05,2024Avoid shopping from this website. I placed my order T0012143153 on Monday and they haven’t shipped it yet! I gave them another chance and they failed i will never use them again. The shipping takes ages, the refund even more days and their costumer support is NOT helpful at all.

Dec 05,2024I’ve started purchasing my high end clothes and shoes from Luisviaroma for the past 3 years, and each time the delivery was fast and accurate. I’ve had to send some items back due to sizing and my refunds were timely as well and DHL has been very fast, friendly, and helpful with handling the products. Only thing is when you send the items back there are 4 pieces of paperwork needed. Other than that I’m very satisfied and they are still my preferred store for high fashion at reasonable prices! Keep up the good work Luisviaroma!

Dec 04,2024Darei 5 stelle se solo non facesse pagare obbligatoriamente 10€ di spedizione express senza dare la possibilità di una spedizione normale. Inoltre, gran parte degli articoli sono con la stella e non soggetti a scontistica. I punti LVR scadono e vengono persi senza la possibilità di utilizzo. Se non fosse per questi dettagli darei 5 stelle, sono puntuali con la spedizione e hanno una vasta gamma di marchi di lusso.
