Aug 20,2024Paid 1-2 business day delivery. Had to wait a week for my item once it arrived I took the tags off to put it on however it had some dodgy stuff on the print and when asking for a return they took a week to reply to tell me they can’t accept the return Upon receiving a dodgy one I purchased another t shirt again now it’s been a week and it hasn’t been dispatched. Ordered a few times and had no issues however they seem to be going down hill lately

Aug 19,2024You guys need to update your processing sistem , is taking way too many days and you don’t even give an exact date to the costumer! If you call , all you hear back is sorry sorry we can’t give you a date ! This is unacceptable

Aug 19,2024I am a devoted customer however I consider that you need to improve your shipping services. Regular shipping is a bit pricey and it takes literally too long. 14 days in my case for a neighboring country is unacceptable. That acts definitely as a deterrent for my future shopping experience.

Aug 18,2024Ho fatto per sbaglio due ordini anziché di uno, ad oggi (18 agosto) con un ordine fatto il 7 di agosto, mi si dice che l’ordine è ancora in lavorazione. Ho messo attualmente due stelle perché l’altro ordine, contenente solo un paio di scarpe, subito è arrivato, ma sinceramente ad oggi, non metterei nessuna stella perché è una cosa inaudita che spinge il consumatore a non comprare. Mi dispiace perché avevo sempre delle sensazioni positive ma a quanto pare ad oggi non sono molto soddisfatto di ciò.
