Nachtrag: auf ihrer Website ist nichts von einem Schlussverkauf ersichtlich, noch steht bei dem Artikel eine längere Lieferzeit, ihre Antwort ist also einfach nur eine Ausrede!! Versenden sie endlich meinen Artikel!!!

Unfortunately, I’m highly disappointed. I have been waiting for shipping my order for 5 days now. They say “Due to a high number of orders you may experience a delay of 2-3 days” but it’s definitely more than 2-3 days, so if you wanna make an order before your holidays or a trip don’t make it. Cause the package won’t be send. I’ll return all of the pieces probably. A nightmare. Maybe something happens with their systems, however they should put a PROPER information about the extending. UPDATE: the company shipped my order after 7 weekdays. It’s ridiculous. Also they say about a 2-3 days of a delay which is a giant lie, cause it took over a week to ship my order. Have no idea what Luisaviaroma is going through during sales, but you should compensate your clients with a discount or a free delivery and most importantly hire more people to have this CHAOS well in hand.
I ordered an item that costs over 600 pounds and it has been processing since 18/07/2024 (order No: T0011611095). I spoke to someone on the phone about this and they were not helpful at all, almost arrogant and would not give me a straight answer about dispatch or anything, just the exact same canned response of "2-3 days and there will be delays because of sale". I then sent an email and got the exact same copy and paste response that everyone else on here has gotten. This is not good enough. I paid extra for express delivery and to be treated like they are doing ME a favour by granting me with a response is a bit of a joke and is poor form. Please do not treat your customers like we are stupid or like we aren't spending hard earned money on your site. A little respect in regards to treating us like individuals will go a long way, regardless of how long these things take. My order is still processing and have no idea what to do or when it will come. The situation just sucks
Ho acquistato 3 articoli il 23/07. Ad oggi l’ordine risulta ancora in lavorazione e non risulta tracciabile, nonostante i 10€ spesi per la consegna veloce. Ho provato a mandare una mail per avere aggiornamenti sulla data di arrivo della merce acquistata e pagata e ho provato a chiamare più volte l’assistenza telefonica senza nessun esito o risposta. Sto per partire per le vacanze e non so se questa merce arriverà in tempo o meno. Non mi era mai capitato un disservizio simile su tutti i fronti, compreso quello dell’assistenza post-acquisto. No comment.
Absolutely satisfied with this website. There are plenty of designer brands that can be bought at lower than retail price. The only drawback is the shipping cost (regardless of the amount spent).
I am extremely disappointed with Luisaviaroma's service. I placed an order over one week ago and it is still processing, despite the website stating a 2-4 day shipping timeframe. I emailed two days ago to cancel the order but received no response. I also contacted customer service by phone. The representative I spoke with, who only spoke English, told me there was nothing they could do and that this delay was normal. How can this be normal when the website clearly states a 2-4 day shipping timeframe? I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and no one will be available to receive the package. I was told over the phone that the package had already been shipped, which is a lie. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with this experience.
Unfortunately I have to rate my latest shopping only with one star, if there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I placed an order, payed for it and nothing was shipped! Also nobody from customer service is answering my emails. I guess I just lost my money. Cool...
Nulla è andato come doveva. Ho effettuato l’acquisto venerdi perche diceva che avrebbero consegnato in 2/3 giorni lavorativi ma nulla. È passata una settimana e non ho ancora ricevuto i prodotti acquistati! Tra l’altro mi servivano per un evento e non ho potuto indossarli! Pessima esperienza

Acquisti fatti per un compleanno ma a causa di un eccessivo ritardo sono stato costretto a presentarmi a mani vuoti, appunto ho deciso di non acquistare mai più da questo sito e anche molti amici e familiari ho esposto il disagio provato.

In response to your response, I've contacted you numerous times. I only got a reply after I advised I'd left this review. You're now trying to keep £32 postage from me. Don't know what you're playing at tbh
