I stayed at the Pullman Resort in Panwa Phuket -was the most relaxing holiday. The resort facilities are excellent and you don’t have to leave the resort if u don’t need to. Rooms are super clean, beds are very comfortable and the staff are excellent - nothing is a problem for them. Food is great - breakfasts are 5 star - just delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Mix Up with name in activity booking, Emily went to great lengths to get it sorted, even following up directly with the supplier. She was courteous and efficient and followed through exactly as she promised.
Aziz was so helpful!! He actually went above and beyond to get my issue resolved.! I had previously made several attempts in the previous days nothing had progressed. From the 4th of October, re enquiring on the 19th of October and then again on the 21st of October. Still with no answer or confirmation of our families transfers. One chat with Aziz and he got everything sorted within in the time frame he promised. I now instantly feel more relaxed and at ease with knowing our family holiday will run smoothly. Ultimate Japan 4th October 2024 My friend and I were also on the Japan Tour with Melinda. I absolutely endorse her review. The tour was terrible. The hotel rooms were generally tiny, quite unsuitable for two people. At Kanazawa we paid to upgrade our room to get a bigger one. The guide was very poor. We couldn’t understand his English when on the coach. When off the coach he spoke very quietly so we couldnt hear him anyway. He didn’t seem to have any suggestions for us, just dumped us at various places and gave us a time to be back at the meeting spot. We came home knowing very little about Japan.The hotels were often out of town and not very convenient. Lunch stops were almost all at highway truck stops. We had booked a small group tour but the group size was 24. The guide also didn’t seem to know where we were going and often asked bystanders for directions. At one stage we walked up and down and around a railway station where he clearly didn’t know where to go. Two passengers were left behind at Kyoto when we boarded the train and he didn’t even realise they were missing until it was pointed out to him. The last night farewell dinner was disgusting. The food was terrible and we were taken to the restaurant after a full day travelling before we got to the hotel. Not much of a farewell dinner. It was after 8 before we got to the hotel which was miles away from the centre of Osaka. this was also another place the guide had no idea how to find the restaurant. We walked around went up and down in two different lifts until he found it. All in all a really disappointing experience
Jake L went above and beyond with his customer service to help us make a small change to our accommodation booking. He was proactive and offered some great advice as to how he could help us get the issue sorted. His communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and updated with emails and phone calls. Booked a hotel for my daughter and I in Bangkok that clearly stated ‘double or twin’ but emailed them to double check after paying but it had a 7 day full refund clause, emailed the hotel as well, L E replied after a couple of days saying the hotel had noted this but can’t guarantee this as per terms and conditions, the online assistant then said I would receive a survey about the service they had offered and would really love a 5 star review! Well if they did their job, maybe, I looked at the terms and conditions and it only stated that a rollaway bed for a child couldn’t be guaranteed, so I doubt the ‘assistant’ even bothered checking. Anyway I cancelled as I don’t want the hassle when I arrive at the hotel, if you offer a ‘double or twin’ , shouldn’t you get that? That’s like booking a room, and them saying that the actual room isn’t actually guaranteed! Also, don’t fall for the alleged ‘30%’ off bs, always check on other sites, as booking.com are normally similar prices without a ‘special’ deal and sometimes have better cancellation terms. UPDATE: received reply below from Luxury Escapes which is a don’t care standard issue response , they just don’t get it, they are selling a SPECIFIC product ie a twin room, which they then say you might not get when you arrive at the hotel!!! I also checked all their ‘OFFERS’ on Luxury Hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok and guess what? The vast majority are available cheaper on other company sites cheaper without the fake discount tag. Do your homework travellers

I was unable to make a change to my reservation online so I spoke with Bill who was absolutely lovely and was helpful with my request and looked into it and sorted it out for me immediately.
We had Bill H as our assistant and he was fantastic. Did everything he could to help us, was polite and worked out the perfect result for us. Very knowledgeable and great at his job.

Due to my wife & myself contracting COVID19 I had a request for Luxury Escapes to revise & defer our 2 day booking stay at Mitchelton Hotel Nagambie.
