Sep 18,2024I have been a LE member for a number of years and have always enjoyed their escapes. Quite often I have done my own booking/cancellation but this time I dealt with the company. I needed to cancel a booking and the assistance I got was amazing. Aziz was very polite and went out of his way to help. My phone was playing up so that he was being cut off everytime he tried to contact me. He was persistent and we got through in the end. Gemma E was also very helpful and quickly sorted what needed to be done. Both had very pleasant manners and were patient and polite.
