Nov 01,2024Joel S was incredibly helpful in assisting us with managing and modifying multiple accommodation bookings for our honeymoon after a change in football game timing meant our entire itinerary had to be moved around. He was able to manage multiple requests at once and liaised directly with the hotels to try to ensure our requests were met to the best of his ability. His service was impeccable and his communication was equally great and prompt, we cant stress how much we appreciated his help in a time of stress!

Nov 01,2024The stuff up with this booking has been horrendous. Your system had a glitch, as I advised right from the beginning with Sam. I have had to fight for what I booked and paid for. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. 10 emails and 3 phone calls and still, this is not correct!

Nov 01,2024I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Mintra who helped me after Air N.Z changed our flights. We needed to stay at our pre-booked accommodation a day early due to this. I phoned Luxury Escapes and spoke to Mintra who was extremely professional, efficient and helpful, she was able to organise this for us with all our new itinerary arriving the next day. Thanks again.

Nov 04,2024Quite deceiving in every way. From the so called hand picked options for the price displayed at search, to their cancellation policy. Be very careful and read the fine print as the there are restrictions for the so called 100% refund/cancellation. Will not be booking again.
