Sep 22,2024Unfortunately I had to cancel a hotel booking at the last minute. I spoke to Mohammad A. who kindly listened to my reasons of why I could not attend and then helped me to secure a full refund by way of a credit to book something else in the next twelve months. I really appreciate this act of kindness and will continue to use Luxury Escapes as I have done in the past. Their professionalism, helpfulness and loyalty to their customers is outstanding, thank you again.

Sep 21,2024I Fractured my ankle badly the night before we had a 2N stay booked on the GC through LE. With so last minute notice we expected the worst but Will B was so helpful. After I sent my medical note he quickly cancelled our booking and arranged a full credit to use in next 12 months. We were very happy to receive that. Furthermore I realised the next day I had another booking in our home city for my birthday in a few weeks and would still be wearing my huge moonboot at that time. Again Will followed up super quickly and arranged to defer that stay for a few months. I find Luxury Escapes so flexible when the unexpected happens and their staff and service is always amazing.

Sep 20,2024We have booked several packages through Luxury Escapes of the last few year's and this was the first time we have had to contact LE for help while away. Imogen (LE Support) took our call for help. The accommodation we were booked in was not honoring the package that we purchased. Imogen contacted the hotel on our behalf after I had tried to sort on my own. It certainly helped - thanks Imogen for looking into for us. Our package included a free lunch or dinner. The hotel was only and still would only do value up to a certain amount. In the end it was just in the too hard basket. The surplus charges on a scale of things was minimal, but it still wasn't what we purchased. I would suggest that LE look very closely at selling packages for Little Shores Khao Lak.

Sep 19,2024Dealing with great staff is a bonus and Sarah B is amazing nothing was any trouble she is a pleasure to deal with 10/10 Being we had to cancel our trip Sarah was very efficient and understanding of our circumstances and being as we have book through Luxury Escapes before and have had amazing holiday's in the past this is just a hiccup before we book our next trip.
