Bryan B was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He had looked over my case and summarised my issue without me needing to explain everything again. He understood it was the last day that cancellations/ modifications could be made, so promptly called me (even though it outside of usual business hours to assist in making a date change for my Indigo Hotel Brisbane booking. I am very appreciative. Exceptional service deserves recognition. Prue Jones

We have had to cancel a room at very short notice due to a family bereavement and Scoopon/Luxury Escapes Customer service team have been simply amazing in their understanding. IRIS D has simply been excellent and so efficient. This level of customer service is hard to find.. THANK YOU IRIS.

Milica in customer service solved the issue and cancelled my free cancellation booking. That was a 5 star rating, however Luxury Escapes only get 3 stats because I could not cancel my own refundable/free booking. I had to go through Customer service as a full refund was not given as an option to select when requesting free cancellation and refund of deposit.

GemmaE was extremely helpful and efficient in providing the support for the service I required. Gemma chased up the correct people to sort out a payment requirement and provided prompt feedback as to the status of the progress.

I spoke with Will after being transferred from another section which I selected incorrectly. The call was treated as a priority. Will was very efficient, organised our transfers to and from our accommodation and then followed up with an email confirming that the new flight details have been arranged (I'm not sure who with but I guess it is a transport company that LE deals with). It would be good to know which company you use so we can follow up if the transport doesn't arrive.

I have been using Luxury escapes for many years. I had to contact LE in regards to an upcoming booking and Bryan B helped me very quickly & resolved my issue. He tried to call me, however my phone flagged the number as a potential scam call. He followed up with a prompt email & resolved my query

I had some time sensitive questions to ask about an upcoming trip and Emma E was brilliant!! She sought the hotels comfirmation and got back to me straight away. It was a relief to have the answer and knowing that Emma would get back to me ASAP.

We book LUXURY ESCAPES tour ULTIMATE JAPAN a 10 day tour . Worst experience EVER , cost $1200 per day per couple & we were in sub stranded accommodation 15sq/m rooms with no meals , our guide spoilt the whole trip as his english was bad & we couldn’t understand him & like wise he couldn’t understand us. There was no guiding , we would get dropped at a tourist spot & get told be back in 2 hours 🤷‍♀️ we were given no history, statistics or guidance to what to look at , lunch stops were bus station fast food outlets, applauding. Not One person on the tour was happy, totally disgraceful. NO luxury in LUXURY ESCAPES unprofessional tour group should stick to hotel deals only

I had great service today from Bryan B who helped me out to try and change a last minute booking. We had gone past the dates of being allowed to change and he did his absolute best to find a solution for me. Great service Bryan and thank you! Virginia

Love booking with Luxury Escapes - their packages are always great value and amazing experiences and staff are always happy to help. Spoke with Mikayla C today - she was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient and I would happily choose to use her going forward for any help with any future travel.

We have been on many Luxury Escapes and have booked future Escapes which have been great. I would like to mention Gemma E for her outstanding services to us when my wife fractured her leg Bushwalking a week before we were due to going on an escape to The Anchorage Hotel Port Stephens NSW. Emma E was able to secure us a full credit for the trip to enjoy at a future time even though it was well passed the cancellation time, WELL DONE GEMMA E

A few weeks ago we had to cancel a booking at short notice, due to a medical situation and were given clear instructions on what information we were required to provide the resort to enable us to postpone our booking. Now, we are looking to re-schedule our booking Iris at Luxury Escapes wes very helpful in securing our preferred dates with the resort.

After some difficulties with a cancellation due to unforeseen railtrack maintenance our package was rectified with some help from Ecclesia K our tour concierge at LE.

Contacted Business Develoment manager Paul reguarding getting a refund for a hotel booking. Responded to by Mohammad A in a timely manner. Happy with that. The only issue was that it appeared that I only had the option to accept credits at Luxury Escapes in lieu of my initial payment. It wasn't clear to me when I booked that cancellation for a booking that allowed cancellation would not necessarily mean a refund.
