Oct 08,2024I spoke to Bill H today regarding my hotel booking to upgrade the room. I had spoken to someone else a month before but was told they didn’t offer that room type. I happened to come across it again and thought I’ll call again and Bill initially said he couldn’t see it in his system but advised me to send him what I saw. He called back and said there is a possible glitch in the system and he will follow through and forward it to get it fixed

Oct 08,2024Hotel was absolutely great with the staff and food perfect. This and the flights were booked with Luxury Escapes so saved us the trouble. We had a slight issue with transfers/flight timings but the support team were extremely helpful and we got everything sorted. Huge thanks to Mohamad A

Oct 08,2024Bill was very fast and efficient when amending my booking. He had to phone the Reef House in Palm Cove so I could add another night to my booking for my birthday. My previous enquiry would have had me waiting 2 to 4 days as I did phone yesterday, Monday at 6.30pm.

Oct 08,2024I’m so disappointed with Luxury Escapes , as I was promised a 90 % refund on a trip I had to cancel due to having contracted long covid a few years ago not long after first booking a trip to Bali to stay at the Amana resort . Unfortunately I’ve had ongoing severe problems with the long covid and now need to have treatment for my chest and heart . They keep fobbing me off and I’m so unwell that it takes all my energy trying to get my refund . It was approved but after weeks still nothing . The service and lack of anybody picking up the phone is so upsetting and frustrating . I’m desperate for my 5000 dollars as I need it for treatment . I’d never book again with luxury escapes . It’s been the worst period ever . So so upset and dissapointed by them . Matthew

Oct 08,2024I rang the help line on +61 3 70323431 yesterday and today on my mobile, and both times I received a message to say that they tried to ring me. BUT the phone did not ring and there was no missed call logged on my phone. This does not bode well for customer service.

Oct 07,2024Mohamad was a pleasure to deal with, so helpful and obliging. Rang me back 3 times and sorted my accommodation dates for me. The only problem I had was trying to understand him at times due to noise in the background. Mohamad explained that it was his collegue on another call.

Oct 07,2024We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and spa in Thailand. We purchased an amazing deal through luxury escapes that included a transfer from Bangkok airport to the resort( 3 hour trip in an air conditioned car), a large, clean room that stepped straight out into a magnificent pool that surrounded the whole resort and 3 included meals a day. The buffet breakfast every morning was insane, and the food at the beach restaurant was so delicious and Thai focused (although there were other choices too). The staff were so kind and friendly at all times. Nothing was ever a bother for them. The spa treatments were incredible and very well priced. The pristine beach was only meters away. As first timers to Thailand, I really could not fault this resort and the fantastic deal that we purchased through Luxury Escapes made it all possible.

Oct 07,2024A magical holiday at Navutu Stars Resort. Was everything we hoped for in a romantic break from the busyness of life. Food was amazing, our garden bure was clean and private, and I don't think you could find a more private and beautiful setting for a resort. The staff were friendly and knew us by name. We felt like we were in paradise.

She was so delightfull and very helpful in explaining my quite complex query and and booking in an additional call back for me tomorrow. I was most impressed by her charming manner. her impressive efficiency and her admirable linguistic skills.
