Oct 04,2024We had a hotel stay booked in Melbourne this evening (Friday 4 October) but unfortunately my daughter and I tested positive to Covid 2 days ago. We therefore had to request cancelling our booking at short notice. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to cancel at the last minute but Will B. from Luxury Escapes was amazing and processed our request (no questions asked). Thanks Will! A++ customer service.

Oct 04,2024This was an amazing holiday package to see Vietnam and Cambodia, we were so happy we booked this package. The cities visited and pace of the package was perfect for us and allowed down time to plan our own experiences and tailor our holiday to what we wanted to see and do. Hanoi (including Ha Long Bay) was the start of our holiday and although they had just been hit by a typhoon a week earlier I cannot fault the effort made to ensure our experience in these areas was the best it could be. The internal flights within Vietnam were easy and well arranged by Luxury Escapes and our guides liaised with check in to get us on our way each time. The hotels were all very nice. What we didn’t like - was the crossing of the border from Vietnam into Cambodia by foot. This is a very poor experience and we would have gladly paid some extra money to fly from Ho Chi Min City to Phnom Penh as part of the overall package price. This was not a LUX Experience. A full day of bus travel was not ideal.

Maddison was able to explain everything I needed to do in detail and took the stress out of what my next steps would be to re book our holiday. Oct 03,2024I've booked 7 different trips with Luxury Escapes over the past 6 years and every one of them has been great. We just went to The Haven Khao Lak and had a wonderful time. I had a slight mixup with our airport transfers, but Mikayla C. was an outstanding customer service agent and helped me get everything sorted out. I highly recommend Luxury Escapes for your travel needs. They really stand out in the crowded travel marketplace. Kudos again to Mikayla C.!

Oct 01,2024I booked a trip to Bali with Luxury escapes but had trouble securing the dates that I wanted. I phoned Luxury escapes and got Joel S who was amazing. He acted straight away, contacting the reservations team at the hotel and though I expected to have to wait several days for a resolution within 24 hours I had confirmation that I was confirmed on the dates that I had selected. I could not have asked for a more pleasant, helpful, communicative and dedicated than Joel S. The service provided by him was outstanding.

Oct 01,2024To be honest I didn’t expect such a quick response and thought I would have to make numerous phone calls to get my dates changed. So was surprised when I got a call within about 3 hours from a loverly girl named Lychota who explained that as well as sending email to said hotel that she also phoned them. I had a successful result and advised dates had been changed. Thank you Lychota for such prompt and professional service. Would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Escapes.

Oct 01,2024I'd give them a zero if possible. I sourced a room on their website but could for an unknown reason not complete the booking on line. I rang the 1300 number and had to leave my no to receive a call back. This happened within the hour however by that time the room cost had gone up over 20% ! The agent explained that they had no control over the hotel pricing. I decided then and there to delete my account. Of course this had to be done via "chat". The guy kept disappearing and not replying to my prompts. He was going "to look into it". Not sure when he intended to do that ! A waste of a few hours of my life. Never again. After writing this they responded asking for further details which I supplied. I've had no further response. So is this just a ploy to make it look like they want to actually investigate or is it just so people think they will !!!
