From start to finsh, and we're talking a lengthy period of time, David, who had acted for the deceased whilst she was alive, was now acting for both deceased and the executors, and kept us informed at all times of where we were up to regards progress, mailed out documents for signing, emailed updates, made 'phone calls where necessary (the executors were scattered so not always easy to meet up) - what may well have been a complex undertaking, was made all the more easy to take on board, because of the way in which David dealt with matters as they arose. When compared to the advice and wills from previous dealings with Whitby solicitors, I found the detailed personal advice we received from Macks, much more considered, thorough and satisfactory than any of the previous. Its worth the effort and slightly more expense to use a specialist.

She listened tentatively to our needs and questions and then advised us accordingly. We felt totally at ease with Kerry, who was bright and cheerful and got the impression that there was no rush to make instant decisions. The documents we needed to be drawn up were prepared for us in a very short space of time so the service was also excellent .
