Has kept me informed throughout the claim at every opportunity and explained what was happening and when with realistic time frames. I have not had to phone up at any time for an update and correspondence has been frequent via e-mail which for me is perfect! Any requests that have been made of me have been easy to understand and follow. Have always felt like Macks have had my best interests at heart. Cannot thank Natasha and Macks Solicitors enough for all their help :)
