Sadly my mother passed away after which I had no hesitation entrusting them to deal with her estate. Therefore I am giving five stars to a five star solicitors.

Oct 22,2015I had an accident at work and injured my ankle. Macks came highly recommended. I spoke with James who explained everything clearly. I did not think my claim would win but James felt otherwise and agreed to take my case on at no risk to me. A few months later my claim had won and I had recovered compensation. All I had to do was go for a medical assessment that James arranged. Hopefully you will never need a solicitor but if you do you won't go wrong with Macks. They are the best I have ever dealt with!

Oct 22,2015I felt the amount of compensation was low, Anthony was a real nice guy but would not use him again I'm afraid, my compensation for injury did not increase from my first offer even though my pain suffering time increased, the offer was only slightly increased due to loss of earnings etc not for the extended time I was in pain! I felt the 25% fee (the maximum you could take) should have been negotiated and maybe I would felt differently!

Oct 21,2015Delighted with the service, I had a claim some years back and was surprised with the ease of how quickly it was sorted, all the paperwork done with minimal input from myself, hence why I came back to Macks after a recent road traffic accident, Natasha, the lady I've dealt with has been very pro-active in resolving my claim, everything was simple and easy to understand, no hidden fee's or small print to worry about, I gave her the information and she acted upon it hastily & kept me in the loop throughout, any questions I'd had where answered promptly either by telephone or by email (which I prefer) typically they charge 25% for such claims, but that said, they do try very hard to ensure you get the maximum payout so it's all relative and you don't have to pay anything upfront, they take the fee from the settlement & forward you the rest straight to your bank account. If you're looking to resolve a claim but like myself don't have time to deal with all the complications, I'd recommend Macks 100%
