Rebecca was always caring and empathic whilst at the same time extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain any legalities carefully and simply to me. Rebecca definitely worked with my best interests in mind all the time and I can't thank Rebecca and Jayne enough for their support and understanding during a particularly difficult emotional experience. Jun 30,2015Dealt with by someone very understanding and with minimum trek to and fro from me which was a great bonus in view of my having ms. The end result was not as favourable as I expected in view of the fact I had I've totally ruined visit to son in Canada shortly afterwards and a cancelled visit to my only other son in Australia this year neither of which were considered. Also my problems and pain persist and my life is much changed

My case was handled by Natasha and she provided me with an excellent service from start to finish. When I got the result I was pleasd to say that my compensation figure was a lot more than I had expected. Natasha (my main point of contact) was a pleasure to talk and was very easy to get hold of, getting back to me promptly by phone or email whenever I was unable to get hold of her. Their transparent fee system was very easy to understand and gave peace of mind knowing that it was capped at a percentage of my settlement amount.
