Mar 17,2021Not exactly plug and play with this 2019 iMac . The setup was followed until transfer of data from a back up from an old iMac . The transfer never finished and I ended up reloading the iOS from apple . Apparently a glitch with Sierra. After several hours of stress I was able to boot up and am now impressed with the function and speed . There are no documents with the machine ; there should at least be warnings about Sierra glitches

Mar 12,2021I had a lot of trouble trying to get the new MacMin but not the one with the M1 chip because I had already bought on from PC World that I had to return due to it not being able to connect to my printer and they could not exchange it for the Intel mode with an upgrade from 8 to 16 GB memory. I explained all this to the guy at Mac Store who assure me that he could supply what I needed, and he did, it was just a couple of days later than promissed but arrived before he had told me it would be late as they were waiting for the extra parts I wanted. It eventually arrived and I am chuffed with its performance. So if you can't get what you want visit Mac Store! Alex Notman.

Having bought a refurbished product, there is always a question mark from a consumer stand point as to the standard of item matching expectation. Mar 05,2021Better keep your hands off this shop! I have an iMac with the description New: New, unused and undamaged item in unopened original packaging. The delivery was a cloth-wrapped iMac with a cheap black power cable and no original parts even without the original packaging. The screen was also dirty. Since I bought from Germany, I also received an invoice from FedEx for €200 in customs fees. The shop is not very accommodating here either. The customer has to pay the customs duties and delivery costs. I won't dare return the goods, because I'm sure I won't get my money back. I will never buy anything here again. I hope you won't either! Lieber Finger Weg von diesem Shop! Ich habe einen iMac mit der Beschreibung Neu: Neuer, unbenutzter und unbeschädigter Artikel in nicht geöffneter Originalverpackung. Bei der Lieferung war ein in Stoff verpackter iMac mit einem billigen schwarzem Netzkabel und keine Originalteile auch ohne Originalverpackung. Der Bildschirm war zudem verschmutzt. Da ich aus Deutschlang gekauft habe, bekam ich zudem noch eine Rechnung von FedEx über 200€ Zollgebühren. Hier ist der Shop auch nicht kulant. Die Zollgebühren und Lieferkosten bleiben am Kunden hängen. Die Rücksendung der Ware werde ich nicht wagen, da sehe ich mein Geld sicher nicht wieder. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas kaufen. Ich hoffe ihr auch nicht!

Its loaded with the latest Big Sur, shame it doesnt have Word etc so am trying to sort that now. I would definitely recommend to any friends interested in buying a refurbished Apple

Feb 26,2021It is hard to overstate the quality of service provided by Mac Store. After a dreadful experience with a competitor, I have purchased two iMacs from MacStore. Unfortunately one of them suffered from a microphone design fault. MacStore were nothing short of brilliant in the way they diagnosed the problem, collected, fixed and returned the Mac. Courteous throughout, quick and 100% effective. A rare star in a world of poor inhuman service. Thanks!!
