Do your research on what spec of Mac you ideally want. I was pleasantly surprised to find Mac Stores modified specs on new machines are better than Apple, with additional upgrades available. Obviously considerably cheaper. Website and ordering process are very user friendly. They have a good online customer service chat line - response was quick, helpful and friendly. Even with an upgrade to my machine spec, the team managed to send it out in advance of the ETA and it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I would certainly recommend Mac Store UK for a new Mac. Absolutely delighted with service and product supplied.

Bought via Ebay, Mac Pro 5.1, price with vat included (also seen on ebay as MwSt included!!) ... At checkout, at message to seller I correctly informed them that it is company buy and provided with valid vat number (VIES)! Surprised when at customs price/bill with NO UK VAT DEDUCTION and (in comm) 'suprisingly' MAC Store UK is expecting from me to pay BOTH UK & my country VAT!? Expecting them to return paid vat is just a dream ... From their side only excuses and claims that they deducted vat? Scam? Returned comp and they will be charging me with return costs!? I also know they will/would be askig vat to be returned as they exported goods ... Guys you exited EU not us, you knew it and should be prepared and not trying to exploit situation! NEVER EVER BUYING AT MAC STORE UK!!

So impressed and happy with the service and quality. Very helpful on the phone. From ordering online to receiving my iMac was precisely 24 hours. Cheaper than buying on the Apple Store and - crucially for me - they actually had what I wanted in stock whereas Apple Store was quoting a couple of weeks for the spec I wanted. Heartily recommend!

I purchased a refurbished Grade A MacBook Pro, the website was excellent and detailed, delivery was fast from the time of ordering. The packaging was excellent and arrived in a perfect condition. I had a problem with the laptop requiring extra software to allow me to download Microsoft 365 for business, I contacted them by telephone and the lady who dealt with my query was exceptionally helpful. She organised for the laptop to be collected at no extra cost to me, the software was installed and the laptop was shipped the same day. I can highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to deal with.
