Jan 20,2021I ordered a new Mac Pro 7.1 after speaking to these guys on eBay. It was a big investment but having discussed my requirements with them I decided to purchase. The unit came within 1 working day fully built to spec. This would have taken Apple weeks to configure and build. What's more, I failed to explain the level of SSD storage I wanted so it was delivered with a 256GB this was not going to work so on contacting them again they arranged for me to drop the unit off and which was then upgraded in less than an hour and a half. This level of customer service is unheard of let alone during a pandemic and after this, I won't hesitate in using these guys again. More than happy to recommend them 100%, brilliant...!

Was very impressed that we ordered on 22/12 and it arrived 24/12 as we were not expecting it to arrive until 28th/29th. Well packaged and exactly as described 2019 model and great value for money compared to a brand new version. Has everything she needs at just under half the price of buying new with a one year guarantee. Would happily use Mac Store UK again.

Jan 16,2021Great service, I ordered 2 x iMac 27'. Arrived earlier than expected. Although one of them had a scratch on the mouse. The packaging was very good. Otherwise the 0% finance was a great deal, even better priced than Apple directly. Also, all other retailers do not have stock. If you are buying Apple products best to buy them from Mac Store UK. I will be ordering from them again without a doubt. Well done for a great service.

Jan 11,2021I bit the bullet and bought a Mac. Great variety and excellent product description, especially the categories of product condition (e.g. Class A , Class B). Mac was as described and I was also available to pay for it in interest-free instalments thanks to the company partnership with Divide Buy. Very happy customer. Next day delivery once the order was confirmed - only slight nag would be that it took a couple of days to confirm my order (but this can be excused as it was the weekend!)
