I'm leaving it as am example of this service. shortly after writing this (and not contacting them ahead of reviewing) I received a call from Jon at Mac Store UK. He was both apologetic, helpful and insistent on rectifying the problems. Today I up my rating to 5 stars as I write this on an almost perfect looking (no idea if its used or not its that good) keyboard. Always speak to the company first would be my advise. and if I'm that eager to complain I should be that eager to praise. Fantastic service in less than 24 hours of writing the original. Would highly recommend. "The product is ok, it was well wrapped and protected during delivery. Its a bit sluggish which is didn't expect, and seems to take a while load things, but once its loaded it seems good. The main issue was paying extra for apple keyboard, which didn't specify now or used, and arrived with 2 or 3 dints in it and it was really dirty. Like even a gentle wipe with cloth brought off a lot of muck. Then the mouse (also extra) has the shortest wire on it I've ever seen. Not had apple stuff before so I don't know if this was for the iMac or not, but I highly doubt it. It seems more suited to a laptop where its just inform of you. But there is now logical way of using the mouse with iMac on a desk. So overall, the product works, I've had it a week now and other than sluggishness I don't see a reason to complain. Do not pay the extra for the other products, they not worth it. In fairness to the company I havent spoken to them, or complained. The lockdown situation means me getting out to return anything is not happening anytime soon. But id expect better service on that front given the fact companies are crying out for customers these days."
