Nov 19,2020A bit nervous about “A1” grade used computers and was expecting the worse. But to my surprise I ordered a 2017 iMAC 27” with some upgrades which when arrived was like brand new. The whole ordering process was clear and childs play to do with the bonus of being by far the cheapest option available to me. I will definitely be recommending Mac Store UK not just to friends but business acquaintances too! Super pleased with my purchase and will certainly look here first in the future.

Nov 19,2020Haven't actually needed to use their product for reasons that will become clear below but their customer service has been second to none. My iPad was failing after a major internet wi-fi problem at home and would no longer work, even after full factory resets and using at a friend's house. So ordered a replacement from Mac Store on Monday evening. On Tuesday, I decided to give it one last throw of the dice and phone apple support. To my surprise they managed to get it working without the need to return my iPad, so I immediately called Mac Store. Initially they thought the package had already left the depot, and were going to try and recover it. But then they were able to locate it, and refunded me the full cost within 12 hours.

Nov 19,2020I was weary about buying a renewed iMac, but I went ahead, and I can’t stop looking at this sublime computer, I thought prior to buying, it would be a cheap version, it’s not, it’s the real deal, and price and delivery great. If you want an iMac or other apple products, these guys are brilliant and it’s genuine Apple products.

When I wanted to check a few things I wasn't sure of everyone I spoke to on the 'phone or by email were friendly, helpful and answered promptly. Let's face it, Mac's are never going to be cheap but it's my main expenditure for my business so it's a necessity for me. You'll fine MacStore's prices the best - I know, I spent a long time searching! Great service, highly recommended!

I am really impressed with the fast service and the important communication throughout the transaction.
