Dec 17,2020Generally I was very impressed by the service provided. The ordering process was simple and the mac mini arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately I can't give it 5 stars as it took a very long time for the mac to actually arrive which I was a little disappointed by. However I'm sure this was an isolated incident related to their supply chain. On the whole I would certainly recommend Mac Store Uk :)

Dec 17,2020Totally amazing service - used many suppliers in the past namely PCWorld, who are the worst in my opinion on customer service which is key. I can't fault the service I received from start to finish, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I run my own online business and customer service is paramount, these guys have it nailed 100 percent and will be my new 'go-to' for anything regarding computers going forwards. Bought a build your own spec model. Very happy with it! No hitches. 1 year warranty and tech help comes with the purchase. Delivery was also a day early. Fab all round!

I was then contacted to say that next day was available, at no extra charge, if I wanted it. Truly great service and the iMac is perfect. Definitely my ‘go to’ for all future Mac purchases.
