Oct 06,2020I bought from this shop 2nd time, the first time it was a full professional delivery, but this time it was a mess> -the mac pro was packed in a large cartoon box like from television or something and when the courier delivered it fell out from the box without any protection, there is not visible any damage but it is a really heavy item to pack this way, -the power cable provided with the machine is just a generic PC cable, not the original one I don't know if this is under a new management but not recommend any more...

Oct 02,2020I was a bit taken aback by the fact that the camera was not working. Surely you must thoroughly check everything when it leaves your place? No one actually apologised to me about that by the way, it was just accepted as something that happens. As it was i had to spend time removing all my data from the computer and now have to spend time reinstalling everything on the replacement. I am hoping there will not be any glitches! Anyway I will say that the replacement was arranged very promptly so thank you for that.
