Dec 28,2020I paid for a computer because it specifically stated that it was in stock and I would receive it on a set date (3 days time). After purchase I also received an email confirming the delivery date. Four days later I called to ask where it was and I was informed that it actually wasn't in stock. Less than ideal considering the only reason I went for it is because the website said it was in stock!

Dec 27,2020Just brilliant service. We live in Spain now and were struggling to find a Mac refurbisher who could ship to us. Fortunately I found Mac Store and they were first class. The product was shipped very quickly and arrived a week after we ordered it. The quality of the iMac we ordered was superb. It looks brand new and works brilliantly. I would highly recommend.

But I had an issue with the visual standard of the screen when switch off and felt it should not of gone out as a grade A standard. The company dealt with my complaint with an immediate replacement just 2 days before Christmas. So well done all and Thank you.

El embalado es perfecto y, de momento, tengo que probar bien el equipo, que por cierto llegó inmaculado.

Dec 19,2020Immediate response from Mac Store when I had a glitch with the purchase process ie. a reply in minutes - and the iPad arrived bang on time, very well packaged, exactly as described and a week later seems to be working fine. Can’t ask for much more than that... I’d buy from them again.

Jan 06,2021Absolutely brilliant they are with superb customer service. My iMac (which is in perfect condition) arrived on the estimated delivery day (3 days from my order what I placed late night). Really good payment methods. I was using the DivideBuy option. Took 5minutes to check if I’m eligible. UPS was delivering my parcel. They picked it up at 4pm from somewhere north and delivered at midday next day in London.
