Nov 27,2020Generally a great service, unfortunately dpd delivered my Mac to the ground floor flat and left it out in the communal hallway two floors away from my flat and upon receipt the U.K. plug didn’t work on the adapter so I had to order another one off Amazon prime for next day delivery but it was only £7.50 so a small detail. All in all great MacBook and a much welcomed upgrade to 2017 version from 2012 version. Happy customer

Nov 26,2020I was in the market for a new 27" iMac, but built to particular specifications, with 2TB of SSD storage and 32BG of RAM. This is not available 'off the shelf' from Apple, so I ordered online from Mac Store UK. The machine turned up 9 days before the expected delivery date, which was a bonus. Everything about the new computer is as was ordered - and the price is fair. Also, their customer service (I had a couple of questions about ordering and the installed OS and so I called them on the telephone) was swift and polite. I would buy from them again.

Nov 26,2020I got an excellent price on my iMac and a speedy delivery, I would have been happy with a week’s wait but it was only a couple of days. A lady even called me to apologise that it couldn’t be sooner. I will definitely be using Mac Store UK for future purchases!

Nov 20,2020I enjoyed playing with the configure your own i-Mac 2020. Icould have spent a fortune but managed to get a cracking machine to cope with everything I throw at it. It's my first Mac so having fun getting to grips with it. The delivery was quicker than quoted. So well pleased.

Nov 19,2020I don't normally bother writing reviews, but in this case I'm making an exception. I found the website excellent. It was easy to pick the spec for exactly what I wanted. I noted also that as I adjusted the spec, the estimated delivery date also changed ... nice. Did I really want a specific graphics card in say three weeks or could I live with a different one and get delivery next week. It really did help because delivery asap was important to us in this specific case. The kit arrived as scheduled and was well packaged. Open it up, unpacked, plugged in and off we go ... no fuss. What more could I really ask for.
