Aug 14,2020After quite a bit of research I chose to buy a refurbished Mac Pro from this company. They were quick to respond to my queries both online and on the phone. My order was dispatched promptly was well packed and the machine works just as it should. It came with some features which had not been listed which was a bonus. I'd asked for a particular OS installation, this was done, and the engineer also kindly installed a second (more recent) OS in case I wanted to use it. There are other companies out there selling refurbished Mac's. But when I balance the professional know how, price, excellent customer service and the one year warranty this firm stand out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished Mac.

Aug 01,2020Ordered on Monday for a Tuesday delivery, checked on Tuesday regarding delivery time only to find the machine wasn't built yet....arranged Thursday am delivery which went smoothly except that there was no power cord included .... this arrived Friday. The staff were apologetic and polite, this however didn't enable me to be operational in the time I needed to be.

Aug 25,2020Looking to downsize from 27" to 21.5" and after many days of indecision paid nearly £2k for a refurbished fully loaded Grade A iMac. Concerned what would turn up, when it arrived in original manufactures box which had seen some labels removed but otherwise not scruffy or damaged, inside was as far as I can see and a friend a brand new iMac. The keyboard and mouse all sealed in new box, no question brand new, the iMac had all packaging including the plastic to the base. This machine I am convinced is brand new. I saved a lot of money and am really pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend this Company if your looking for a refurbished Mac. You might well end up with a new one.
