Jul 30,2020There was a pretty good range of refurbished iMacs to choose from and I found one that suited my needs. Then I got an email to say that the computer I wanted wasn't actually in stock but they had a B-grade equivalent (scratched screen) at 10% cheaper. I opted for this as they assured me the scratches were only visible when the computer was off (who sits and watches a computer when it's off?). When it arrived (next day) it was well packaged and protected. On examining the screen I had to look hard to find the scratches, so insignificant were they. So, it's up and running with everything as expected. Happy customer.

I bought a refurbished 128gb sixth generation iPad at a very good price (I didn't need to go to more expensive seventh generation). Delivery was quick and it was very well packed. It's working well now and I am delighted with it.

After contact they promptly shipped the replacement. Would still highly recommend them and would order again in the near future.

I was sent my ipad without any cable, I reached out, and they sent me a cable the next day but it wasn't even the right cable to it was a lot of back and worth before I could use the product.

John managed to get another Mac Pro as a replacement for me and arranged the carrier to deliver new Mac and collect the old on. John you get the 5 stars, very professional and very helpful. Now thanks to John I have a fully working Mac Pro at an affordable price.
