Ordered the same day and received my parcel after a few days, nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. A few minor scratches which is to be expected from a refurbished Mac. Extremely satisfied with my purchase at a very competitive price.

Despite this, when I contacted them they were more than happy to supply the product I had originally wanted free of charge. This whole process from ordering to getting the product I wanted sent out only took around a week despite the mixup.

Apr 04,2019Macbook pro arrived exactly as described, i'm very fussy when it comes to condition of an item, they mentioned a small screen mark I was concerned about but when it arrived expecting the worst I could hardly see it :-). Was told i could of returned it anyway if not happy but definitely happy after being messed around so many times by other resellers. Top service, will use again.
