Aug 01,2015I have ordered from this site twice. Fast delivery, and good communication. One of the items I ordered was the wrong size and I didn't realise until well past the 28 return time. I hadn't opened it and phoned to explain. They exchanged with no quibble, fast delivery again. Makes a nice change to be able to phone and speak to a person when you are dealing with an online company. Will definitely use again

Aug 01,2015I rang to place my order on a wednesday morning to ask if i could possibly have delivery on the friday as someone could be in and the company were extremely helpful and able to meet my request. I was given a 9-6 timeframe for delivery of a Jumpking 12ft Jumppod Deluxe trampoline and just before 9am the van pulled up outside my house and it was delivered, brilliant service. The trampoline is EXTREMELY sturdy, this is best price i found on the web, and it came with free extras too and my kids have already had endless fun on it, 10/10

The service we originally received on our original purchase has been the same for every transaction with them. The prices are competitive and often the cheapest, delivery times are very quick and the after sales support is great. Very easy to recommend MadFun as a trusted vendor!

Jul 23,2015Great Service, price was good, delivery fast and easy. Assembly instructions were not a problem. Over a month on and my children, and the adults, love it. Like another poster I had an issue with the net around the zip coming apart, contacted customer services and after sending a photo a new net delivered quickly and problem resolved.

Jul 19,2015Madfun were very helpful and delivered was next day, highly recommended. POD classic is fantastic, kids having lots of fun. Only surprise is that the jumper is not protected from the edge of the bounce mat & the springs. As the protection of the padded cover over the springs / edge of mat is compromised due to the vertical safety enclosure net is fastened to the edge of the mat were the springs fasten. Causing the padded cover to be external to the jumpers enclosure! Some how the pad, vertical safety enclosure and edge of mat need to be secured together; maybe eyelets through the padded cover!

Jul 18,2015We ordered an oval trampoline and a few weeks on are still very happy with our purchase and Madfun's service. I was particularly impressed with the delivery & logistics: well packaged, no fuzz, next day it was here and the nice delivery gentlemen got it even into my garden. Fantastic! The building instructions for the trampoline could be improved significantly, however, that's rather feedback for the producer than for Madfun.

Jul 18,2015I would give 5* but sadly we had no instructions with our pool, it was ok as I have put plenty of pools with filters together. My criticism is with the pool Co not mad fun.. I contacted Madfun who were so kind and helpful and the lady even spent ages working out the heater etc I would need- she was fantastic :) she kindly contacted pool supplier but they sent wrong instructions, I emailed back but am still waiting!?.. I want the instructions for future ref as it is easier to read something than keep watching you tube... Madfun service has been fantastic though,. Kids love the pool, my hubby and I def think money well spent much better than a round one too :) very happy family!!

Jul 18,2015After much research we bought the oval pod trampoline. The trampoline is well made, and my husband was able to put it together by himself (bonus for me!). The trampoline arrived quickly, and very well packaged. My daughter aged 7 and son aged 11 play on it nearly every day for the last couple of months, so its working out really well. Great purchase and happily recommend. We haven't used customer service so cannot comment on this.

Jul 17,2015Ordered a trampoline - talked to your service team - got it at 11am the following day (in the meantime I cancelled the one I had ordered from others but hadn't received for two weeks). Had a small problem with the net, sent some photos, exchanged some e:mails and again - incredibly impressed with the service, received replacement the following day. Thankyou

Jul 17,2015Ordered a 14 ft trampoline on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday- perfect! There was enough communication so I always knew what was going on The Plum trampoline was a great product and we're very pleased. We also ordered the free ladder and the tie-down kit (paid extra for this)- neither have worked out well for us so do your research first. You want a ladder that clamps onto the trampoline and a tie down kit that has enough turns in the screws to really burrow it into the earth. But this isn't a company problem but rather a product problem- hope this helps you make the right choice for your accessories.

Jul 17,2015Ordered a best ways pool and all options as setout on their website. Their website made it very easy to buy the right option for the pool you ordered and gives these options at a very low price when brought with pool. Everything was delivered the next day as promised. In fact chemicals didn't arrive with main delivery so I emailed them and they replied within a few minutes explaining chemicals come by separately delivery. Fantastic prices and great service.

Ordered a playhouse from Mad Fun on 3rd June on the premis that it would be delivered in 3/5 working days as that's what was stated on their webpage (plenty of time before our daughters 6th birthday on the 18th June). Then we got an email to contact a company called Shire to organise delivery which we duly did. Turned out the delivery wouldn't be made until 24th June! When we contacted Mad Fun to complain the woman's attitude was extremely disappointing. Basically what could she do about it, just cancel the order and get your money back. It was Shire's fault. [Well how about you apologise and tell us you are going to contact Shire to sort it out so that our daughter wouldn't be dissapointed on her birthday?] We could cancelled at that point but we had spent several weeks researching for just the playhouse she wanted and that was the only one that matched the criteria. Plus the fact we had spent a week laying slabs to fit the size of that playhouse. So the delivery duly turns up. We noticed straight away that the Perspex windows are missing. As we start to build it we realise not only have they delivered two parts of a different playhouse neither set is the one we ordered. Again when we contacted Mad Fun the woman was less than happy dealing with our predicament. I asked for compensation to pay someone to build the playhouse (when the right one finally arrived) as my husband had to go to work aboard for a month two days after the initial wrong delivery. Meaning when the correct playhouse, which was to be delivered on the 7th July, arrived my daughter would still have to wait until the 24th July when, my husband returns, to have it built. The woman's attitude stunk. "We only make £10 on this sale". Well my daughter only has to wait for 36 days after her 6th birthday to get her present! So the 7th arrives and I get a phone message from Shire to say the delivery failed and they won't know why until that night!!! So I call the next day to be told the order hadn't been fufulled ie the playhouse hadn't even been built yet! Again I called Mad Fun who were of coarse trying to be sympathetic but couldn't really see what they could do to help. At this point I just wanted our money back to which the woman said, I kid you not, "we wouldn't be able to refund your money until Shire had refunded them!" This has just gone from the ridiculous to the sublime! I was trying so hard to keep my temper and disspointment at bay but at this point I have to say gritting my teeth was only thing that was stopping me saying what I truly wanted to. Practically hissing I ask to speak to a manager. Steve (as it turns out is the MD) comes on the phone and says they will refund our money but it could take up to 30 days as that's their procedure. I point out that I'm not waiting 30 days and we leave it at that. The next day sent an email requesting a date of when we would be receiving the money back, no response. The next day again I follow it up with a call. Again the woman has a less than helpful attitude but after my instance she agrees to check with Steve. When she came back on the phone she has to, in an annoyed manner, point out that she "had to interupte him". Well excuse me once again for caring about my daughter and being in the position that I need my money back before I can reorder another playhouse for her! Finally she agrees the money would be refunded that afternoon and true to their word it's now back in my account. I have to say I feel really bad about writing this review (something I have never done before) but I simply don't want anyone to go through what we have gone through.

Jun 27,2015We ordered the 15ft jumpking classic which is massive! Delivery was very good. It took quite a long time to put up but the kids absolutely love it. We had a slight problem with a screw breaking for the ladder and I would say the cover could do with being slightly bigger as its difficult to put on. On the whole I would recommend. Madfun had the best price that I could find. I'm sure the girls will enjoy it this summer.

Jun 22,2015We ordered a 12ft JumpKing Pod trampoline for our children after much debating regarding size, shape etc. Once our order was placed the trampoline arrived promptly to the agreed timescales. The trampoline is excellent and has provided many hours of entertainment for our 13 and 11 year olds. Friends often visit and my daughter and her friend sit on the trampoline and chat. The tie down kit has been an excellent bonus given the current windy weather and the trampoline is light enough to move around the garden to allow the lawn to be mowed.
