Oct 17,2015We ordered a trampoline for my son's birthday. It was out of stock but due in the day before the birthday. We weren't expecting to get it in time but mad fun turned it around really quickly and got it to us in time. Result - a very happy 10 year old!

Oct 16,2015Good service, trampoline arrived quickly. The main thing is the trampoline is good quality at a decent price, so I am pleased and the kids love it of course. The instructions are rubbish though, when I phoned them they sent out new ones which were great but of course that was after several hours wasted. Think it's better to build right way up and go with what looks right rather than follow booklet. The phone speaker thing is naff so I wish I hadn't bought that and despite living near coast I don't think the ground kit is necessary either. I also bought a Riley pool table. This uses plastic slot things which you turn like the Ikea furniture and these plastic parts are very poor quality. Also some of the screws don't bite as they've drilled the holes too big. I need help to turn it over so hoping it will be stable, then I will have to get someone to strengthen the one leg. I'll post again when we've used it as the main thing is, does it work properly and do kids have fun. I can't see any way to adjust leg height though which I thought it said you could on their website. So if you're floor is not level you would have to prop it.

Sep 14,2015I bought a 15ft Jumpking Ovalpod trampoline 4 years ago from MadFun, with great service. After huge amount of use over 4 years by my daughters (inc. one who is a competitive squad gymnast - so heavy use), the net has split. I called MadFun to try to work out which trampoline I had and despite giving her the wrong name to look under and thinking it was only two years ago (!) she managed to find my original purchase details and ordered the correct replacement and fitting instructions for me. The net came two days later. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Highly professional and competitive prices too. Thank you!

Madfun had a range to choose from, all of which had their merits. I was able to find something better than I'd hoped which fitted my budget because the prices here were keen. My trampoline arrived the following day as promised and everything was in good order. I would highly recommend this company.

Sep 05,2015When we started putting up the trampoline we had bought we soon realised it was too big so contacted the company to ask if we could return it. They flatly refused as the kids had drawn on the inside of the boxes and the basic shape (no legs, springs or canvas) had started to be erected and suggested I sell it on eBay!! They are probably covered by their T's &C's to refuse us a return on the basis a few of the pieces had been put together and the boxes had been drawn on but I just thought they were quite unhelpful to be honest. We only wanted to exchange the trampoline for a slightly smaller one, we didn't want a refund.

Sep 03,2015I bought 3 individuals trampolines for my nieces, 1 from Tesco.......2 years and still going strong!! 1 from Asda.........again still going strong!! 1 from Madfun lasted barely 7 months, used by young children the same as the other two. I cannot express enough the great disappointment by my niece in Bath. I am about to buy them a new trampoline from a true reputable company that takes responsibility for substandard goods. Spend your money with caution with Madfun!!!

Aug 27,2015I was having a mad last minute search on a Friday afternoon for a swimming pool as I wanted to have a BBQ party on the coming Sunday. I spoke to a lady called Katy who confirmed that they could arrange for a next day Saturday delivery for me. The pool arrived first thing the next day, despite the amount of time the pool took to fill up everything else for first class!! Obviously the filling of the pool is not Madfun's fault! I was very impressed with the service received and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

Aug 21,2015I had purchased the company's trampoline several years ago. The safety netting disintegrated over time and needed replacing. I was very pleasantly surprised the company had the netting available and ready to dispatch. The parcel arrived very quickly with all the necessary components to replace the old netting. I was also very pleased about the price, since about five or six years had gone by since the original purchase. Overall, that's what after sale service is all about. Well done!!!

Aug 12,2015I ordered a 10 x 15 Jump Pod trampoline. As it was out of stock I had very good communications letting me know when it was due and when it had arrived. The dispatch instructions were useful, and it arrived when anticipated. The trampoline was easy to put up, and I am VERY impressed by the quality. This is the third trampoline I've had in 7 years, and by the far the biggest and most expensive but it is well worth the money as it is of a far better quality.... As well as my children using it I do 'Couch to 5km' interval training on it...

Aug 05,2015Excellent service from Madfun, thank-you. Competitively priced and a good, short lead time for delivery. I would certainly recommend Madfun. Very happy with my purchase. The free tie down kit was a welcome addition - well worth having. The new TP igloo door is also very good - much better than relying on the children to zip it up. From previous experience, it's the zips which tend to go first as the trampoline ages.

Aug 03,2015No problem with delivery, but the old net had rods top and bottom which held the net in place, apparently the new net uses bits of cord to tie the bottom of the net in place, This is an inferior method, obviously cheaper to make but not reflected in the price charged 127.95!!!! Disappointed!
