Jun 02,2015Tried to order an Intex spa from another company via Amazon. Order processed ok, then they got in touch to say they could not deliver the Isle of Man. Very annoying when this happens - we're only 80 miles away, not on the other side of the planet! So found an alternate supplier for direct sales - Madfun. Spoke to the sales team. Delivery to IoM is fine just cost a few pounds more. This is normal, so fully expected. No issue in arranging delivery though. The fact I was able to get the spa cheaper more than made up for this. Delivered on time and without any drama. On assembly, discover one of the cover clips was broken though. Madfun sorted this asap by sending a full pack of replacement clips. Great service end to end. 5 stars!!! btw, Intex spa is great - my little boy loves it. As do we.

Jun 02,2015When I ordered this I was told it would be 3 days delivery (based in Northern Ireland) but to my surprise it was delivered in 2 days which meant we had it for the weekend -so therefore very happy children. Found Mad King to have the cheapest price around at the time and customer service was excellent. Would strongly recommend Mad King.

May 30,2015So far my impression of Madfun is pretty bad, having paid an extra £30 for a trampoline to be delivered on a Saturday, I had to phone the courier to find out it would arrive on Monday. No consideration of people working and no one answering the phone at Madfun. Very poor service for such an expensive purchase. Update - the trampoline has been delivered and apologies from Madfun which are appreciated but delivery should be better and reliable.

May 29,2015I ordered a Jumpking trampoline from Madfun, next day delivery was included free. Unfortunately when I came to put the trampoline up there was a very small tear in the safety net. I reported the issue to the Madfun, they arranged with Jumpking for a replacement net to be dispatched and within 3 days of them getting my email I had the replacement net. Very quick, professional service and I would highly recommend.

Mar 16,2015Delivered within 24 hours as promised. An excellent product easy to erect and built to last. The only drawback was that it all arrived in a single box which due to the heavy weight, the delivery driver was unable to carry by himself, even with my help it was a struggle. I'm 77 and with a dodgy back could well have done without that hassle; I suggest that the items should be packed in two possibly three boxes to avoid this excessive weight. Nevertheless as I have said the product itself is great and good value so I would recommend it to any would be purchaser.

Feb 02,2015Ordered the trampoline Thursday morning and it was delivered the following afternoon as promised, so we could put it up for the weekend - amazing ! The price was great, especially compared to other big name online options I looked at. All parts were in the (undamaged) boxes, though it would be nice if Plum supplied a couple of spare washers and nuts just in case ... ! The trampoline was easy to assemble even though the weather was wet and windy. It is very solidly put together, with a heavy-duty well made outer ring as the basis for great rigidity. The trampoline had a good work-out between the snow and rain showers all weekend, and has come through with no problems. It's a great product and the service from MadFun was excellent.

After a v short time the zip on the guard went and they liaised with the manufacturer and arranged for a new one to be delivered quickly. They were easy to deal with and v polite. Thank you.

May 30,2014We were wanting to refurbish our trampoline. MadFun were willing to spend time on the phone talking through the various options and costs. The checked their records to see when we had purchased the trampoline then liaised with the manufacturer for us to arrange for some parts to be replaced under the original warranty. At all times they responded very promptly to emails. Just what you would hope would happen but is increasingly rare, especially for internet purchases. Great customer service!

May 17,2014We ordered a cover for our oval trampoline. With the delivery charge the cost was about £55. For the cost we were expecting it to completely cover the trampoline base. But it doesn't. Large areas if the trampoline are expose to the elements (and birds!). Emailed company - no response. If you're thinking about buying a cover consider just buying a tarpaulin - its considerably cheaper.

May 07,2014We bought a replacement Jumping net. It turned up very quickly but unfortunately had a defect in the centre rod channel. We rang up Madfun the next day and a real person answered the phone swiftly. Without any hassle a new net was despatched and came the next day, the old one was also collected. The new net went straight on and disappointed children were now happy again. Thanks for your good service.

Apr 25,2014I needed to replace our existing trampoline and unfortunately I went to a different on-line company. A disaster. Faulty product and wasted time on delivery and pick up. Before making my purchase I discussed various features and options with Sarah I opted for the Zero Gravity trampoline. Arrived on the specified day, very easy to assemble the frame however the enclosure proved challenging but now up I am assured that it will do it's job. A very sturdy product and my children age 15 and 12 are impressed. Please note if you are thinking of buying a trampoline ask the weight of it. A lot of the cheaper trampolines weigh under 50kg and would blow away in a breeze. Zero Gravity weighs over 70kg. Communication from Sarah and Steve was good and I will use this company again.

Jun 02,2015Delivered on time, no problems with delivery or ordering. This was bought to replace an old trampoline of the same size and it was cheaper to buy a whole new trampoline than the replacement parts we needed. How ever was about to get in touch with you as after only a few weeks the Protective cover has worn at the seams and we will have to get a replacement. This cover does not seem as padded as our old cover which was yellow. Have only given 3 stars due to poor cover, am hoping mad fun will replace with no cost to us.
