Jun 08,2015We had a 10ft trampoline previously that our two sons have used for 6 years or so with various repairs. After the last winter it was time to renew. But would our sons use it? (one is 11, the other 13). After lessons learnt from our existing trampoline, which parts wear, the safety enclosure, etc, and a lot of online searching I opted for a PLUM MAGNITUDE 12ft. We also checked out MADFUN as being value for money. Best decision we made. Delivery was very good and I assembled the trampoline myself - it would have saved time and effort with a second person. No parts missing - a good start! Also, a spring-puller which was invaluable. The trampoline is used most days and looks the part, is sturdy, the safety enclosure is novel, strong, maximises the jumping volume, and less liable to break than our previous one. All in all, very very happy! Thanks Steve and the people at MADFUN!

I thought that would be the end of it as it was my fault but thought I would e-mail anyway. Beverly responded straight away to say the order could be amended. What excellent customer service. The pool arrived promptly and we have managed to get it set-up this week now that the weather is better. looking forward to a summer of fun in the pool. Thank you MadFun

Jun 06,2015Rather than ordering using the internet, we phoned. The sales person was extremely helpful. We ordered our pool on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday 9am! It was well packed with all the items in good order. We got the Bestway Steel Wall Pool which is excellent. We also got a sand filter which works well. Once we had read and understood the instructions assembling the pool was ok. We found it was very important to make sure that the ground was level before assembling the pool. Levelling the ground was the biggest job. The grandchildren are now having a great time in our new pool.

Jun 03,2015Buying online was easy and quick, I loved the freebie and discounted rates on add-on items. It got to us really quickly which was great. The delivery driver seemed to struggle with the weight of it though and didn't leave it anywhere near where I wanted it (compared to shed delivery man a couple of weeks ago who couldn't have been more helpful), that bit could have been better. Apart from that fantastic thank you.

We purchased the oval version to fit a pre-determined space in the garden & it fits perfectly. We were so impressed with the build quality as we assembled it, taking 2 of us the best part of 3 hours to complete, but the end result was very impressive & well worth the effort. A very high quality product, worth every penny - Our children love it. One of the best purchases we have ever made.

Jun 02,2015I originally purchased a 14ft Plum trampoline which was "out of stock" I was contacted almost immediately after I placing the online order and was told there would be more stock within the next 6 weeks, this was my fault as I hadn't looked properly before placing the order. I was told I could cancel the order if this was no use, wait for stock to arrive or I was given the chance to change my order to something that was in stock. In the end I decided to pay a little extra and upgrade to the 14ft Zero Gravity Trampoline, this was delivered next day, in three different boxes and all the parts were there. Overall, I would highly recommend the product and the company to anyone.

Jun 02,2015I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. I purchased a 12 ft Plum trampoline as an Xmas gift last year and they were very easy to deal with and the product arrived quickly. I have had a very minor problem with one of the components 6 months down the line and when I contacted them they responded very quickly and helpfully and have sorted things without quibble, delay and hassle in a very professional way. A great example of an online company offering a good service but then cares enough after they have taken your money to sort any after sales issues. Well done Madfun!

My children have already had many happy hours of bouncing fun on it. I feel safe in the knowledge that is excellent quality and that my girls are safe on it. It is far superior to our previous trampoline from another company that broke after only 8 months of use. I did a lot of research before buying the Jumpking and it has met my expectations. From telephone call to collection of the goods from their warehouse took less than an hour, with seamless client service & assistance from all concerned throughout. A company with a professional approach and a desire to provide excellent levels of client satisfaction, willing to go out of their way to meet customer requirements at very short notice. A very highly recommended company, who's quality equipment is surpassed by their levels of client care.

Jun 02,2015I looked around for a new trampoline for my daughters Birthday. The madfun website was very informative on the pros and cons of oval, round, square trampolines. I settled on the JumpKing Oval Pod 17x14 with canopy. Pricing was absolutely the best around. Delivery was free and next day. The only issue I had was the carrier didn't communicate the delivery time and missed the next day slot, so took 2 days. Madfun were excellent, when I couldn't get any sense from the carrier they called on my behalf and quickly sorted it for me. The trampoline itself is fantastic, it is big and with the canopy is probably the size of a single garage. So make sure you have the space!! Quality is excellent and the safety net is inside the springs, so completely safe. Can't fault these guys; right price, right information, right time and were right there to help when needed. Jun 12,2015I bought a 17' x 14' JumpKing trampoline from this company a few days ago, which was to be a present for my niece's birthday. The customer service team was understanding of my anxiety that it would arrive on time (it did), and reassured me on more than one occasion. I was kept up to date with tracking information, etc both by phone and email. When the trampoline arrived there was unfortunately some minor damage to a couple of parts, and a small missing part (through no fault of the company). Once again the company went that extra step and managed to arrange expedited shipping of the replacement part so that my niece's party would not be affected. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided - in particular by Katy in the customer service team - and would have no hesitation in both using and recommending this company in the future.
