Aug 03,2020Zero rate!!!!!!!!! They needed around 45 days to verify my account! Liars! I am going to report them to the Gambling Commission. They banned me because after just a weeks of using their weekly club offer - bet 50 GBP for a 10 GBP free bet. I just placed my 10 free bet and received an e-mail that i am already excluded from promotions When you do offer such club you would expect people to take care of it, right? NO MORE mansionbet.... Aug 03,2020Similar to plenty of others, a terrible experience with a bunch of crooks. Placed 2 free bets on a football match (goalscorer and a booking, so in no way trying to play the system). Apparently, that's against their rules. Strange that I'm told this after winning and not at the point of placing the bets. Probably wouldn't have been told had the bets lost. Banned from future promotions as an added incentive! And the brass neck to remind me that I could bet on the cup final with them the day after,amongst other sporting events! Still sending me alerts after I've told them to close my account and stick it! Stay well clear, there are plenty better.

Aug 02,2020No free bets as advertised despite following rules. UPDATE: they state must be paid with a UK debit card to be eligible. I paid with a uk debit card via paypal, they are using this to worm their way out of paying. I will take dispute to IBAS and I strongly recommend people use another company

Aug 02,2020Very easy to deposit and set up an account. NIGHTMARE thereafter, won with cash deposit, withdrew £60 winnings, (not from free bets). Waited almost a week, nothing in the bank, contacted on live chat to find out where it was, they then say they need pictures of ID, a utility bill, picture of my bank card AND A SELFIE OF ME HOLDING MY ID DOCUMENTS. Ridiculous. I also got an email the day after registering to say I was not entitled to any further promotions....WHY? EDIT reply... WHY WOULD I REVIEW THE MATTER WHEN ALL YOU SAY IS THIS IS YOUR POLICY.

Aug 01,2020Unable too use free bets but took my 10 pound deposit with no problem. Account still not verified after 3 days and can't use free bets at all saying don't have enough funds. Stick with skybet they don't mess you about like this company has

When you do offer such club you would expect people to take care of it, right? EDIT: DO NOT FALL for their "replies" here. They just reply and then never answer the email or want to review your case. Jul 30,2020Cannot believe this company has a gambling license, bunch of crooks.opened an account last week deposited £100 no problem, won £86 so withdrew the £186, like other reviews I have since read, I was asked to send in docs which I did, got no response and no funds sent to me, after numerous phone calls and emails without any clear indication of what was going on I have been told by phone tonight that my account is closed and I will receive an email tomorrow. Just seen that they have returned my £100 but not my winnings, surely this can’t be legal, guess I should have read the reviews 1st!!

Their website allowed me to place multiple free bets on the same selection, even though deep down hidden away in their terms and conditions this was not allowed, and they knew full well that they would not pay out on any winnings. They took away £75 worth of winnings and the free bets which I was credited. Stay well away from Mansion Bet, nothing but crooks.

Jul 24,2020Stay well clear .tried ti deposit £10 with debit card to get free bets.3 times tried 3 times failed.so instructed to use paypal do did using exact same debit card through paypal went through so thought happy days.received no free bets so asked why 5 days later received email saying no free bets if using PayPal.nowhere was I told or saw this on promotion.the same card used And wouldn't let me do using card.why would I use paypal really come on.so why no free bets.scamming company .never reply to emails until week or so . STAY WELL CLEAR

Jul 22,2020Signed up with MansionBet on monday. Got a 100% matched deposit up to £100. Lost that on 2 bets. Then luckily managed to turn £20 in to £1900 due to a lucky golden period on the horses and dogs 👍 was really worried that getting this money would be a struggle or long drawn out process after reading previous bad reviews. But I must say on dealing with the verification process and customer service on quite a few occasions. I honestly can't fault anything about them. The verification has all now passed. And the withdrawal of £1900 is no longer pending and now completed. All in less than 48hours. Will definitely carry on using this site. And from personal experience there are no complaints here!

Jul 21,2020Awful attitude towards customers. I have not used any promotional bets, simply won a bet placed with my own money. Was banned from all promotions and have to send all forms of ID imaginable to withdraw. Maybe they make money from people who can't be bothered to deal with them and just leave their deposit...

Jul 20,2020Signed up and took part in their weekly bet club. placing 5 bets at £10 per bet as per the instructions on their website. 1 week later i was banned from all promotions including the weekly bet club. had to contact customer service to get the free bet. I would not use this company again.

Jul 10,2020Signed up to take advantage of the sign up offer. Went well and I was up £65 or so. Decided to withdraw it. Had to wait over 3 weeks sending numerous bits of ID back and forth (happy to take your money though aren’t they?...). Eventually they paid me what I was owed. Later the same day had an email from them saying I was excluded from all future promotions etc! Sour grapes or what? Avoid. There are so many bookies around these days why put up with customer service like this? EDIT/REPLY: I don’t think you are quite getting it mansionbet! I have no desire to chase you to give you my custom. You had numerous chances and have fallen at each and every hurdle.

Jul 09,2020Day light robbery. First they failed to honour there free bet promise. I emailed and a chat with advisor and finally it got sorted. When I wanted to withdraw my £52 of win, nothing came to my bank account for 4 days. Finally I emailed and got a reply for verification. I send the verification doc and to my surprise I received on £27, the rest amount they have stolen under some stupid excuse. Masionbet should be banned from operating online. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE IN MANY YEARS OPERATING IN UK. I m going to put a complaint and take it further eventhough it may cost me money and time. This fraud pratices should be stop to protect people's money.

Aug 05,2020A very deceitful and horrible company.Ivan you need to grow some balls and go and work for a real copany.They offer to match your deposit with free bets and if you win it shows in your balance.But when you try and withdraw it your told you cant withdraw until youve wagered £2000.What a joke but its in the smallprint!!Avoid this company they just want to releive you of your money.Terrible customer service!!I spoke to ivan via live chat he then ignored me when i tried to contact again as i wanted to close my account.I then rang them and in was ivan the terrible again who eventually answered after 5 attempts.He eventually pretended he couldnt hear me to leave the call.Sad little man.
