Jul 25,2024I had a hair transplant with MCAN and this is my 6th month post treatment. I am happy with how my hair growth is progressing. MCAN was very patient throughout the entire surgery and diligent about answering my questions related to the post hair care and medication. Overall, I am seeing major improvements to my hair growth and I would definitely recommend getting a hair transplant with MCAN

Jul 24,2024Hello my name is Anthony all I can say is if you want teeth hair etc look no further than mcan health they are such a professional team you will be picked up at the airport by very well mannered drivers who will take you to your hotel and all appointments which you will be greated by friendly staff members .and I had the pleasure to have such a professional nurse Cansu who looked after me so well such a kind caring and very organised lady . And a gentleman called furkan who also helped me out so much . Such a clean practice and excellent doctors and assistants . So look no further than mcan health. 5 stars 10/10

Organised it all threw whatapp and got it all arranged, flew out and from the minute I landed I was at ease, drivers were there ready to take me to the hotel , hotel was also spot on, at clinic I then was greeted by a lady called cansu which was very friendly and kept me at ease threw out the day, overall I would recommend this company to anybody, if anyone want to message me and ask for more info from someone that’s been for advise or photos etc I’m happy to help.

Jul 18,2024I am very happy with the care I have received. My compliments to the hospital and the surgeon. I have also been very happy with Hilal, Cansu and Buse who took care of and helped me. I was also happy with the driver Muhamet who took care of my transfer. I recommend MCAN health to everyone.

Jul 14,2024Friendly staff....well organised. However, my DHI treatment lasted only 18 months. Had mine in Nov 2022. I have lost approx 80% of the transplanted hair :-( The density of the implants were also too spaced out. I felt extremely rushed on the day too. 3 patients at any one time. In and out in less than 4 hours. No real personal care...i guess this is reflected in the price. In fairness to MCAN, they have offered me a correction procedure, but i was still expected to pay for the medication, travel and accommodation. No compensation option. I have chosen to have my transplant redone in th UK which unfortunately will cost me approx £4000. Reviews are extremely good here, but i personally wouldn't return.

Jul 09,2024The MCAN team were amazing, transport from the airport and from the hotel to the clinic was great, always on time. The nurses and doctors were very professional and gave me advice throughout the hair transplant surgery. They gave me their professional opinion on what would look best, the whole team were very caring and understanding. I wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at MCAN, and the biggest thank you to the best team member BUSE! She was lovely and helped me througout the procedure, was patient with my questions and is an amazing person who listened and is still looking after me, very professional through and through! Thank you so much guys.

Jul 03,2024I’ve recently come back from a surgical procedure and can honestly say that I couldn’t have chosen a better company! From the project coordinators to the drivers and most importantly the surgeon everyone was on point. Buse the coordinator looked after me and answered all my questions pre surgery and after. It’s still very early days but I am very happy with my results it’s everything I could have asked for. Recovery is painful and long but cannot fault Mcan for the survive they delivery. Cannot wait for end results !! Thank you!

My needs were met for everything and I was looked after from the transfers that were already arranged for me, any questions I had upon arriving at the clinic and making sure I was ok and everything was fine on the check up the next day. Jun 28,2024eu estava bastante receoso por fazer um procedimento tao importante tao longe, mas todo o suporte foi dado, desde o inicio das duvidas, cotações e particularidades, depois na véspera com todo o suporte de translado, hotel e informações previas da cirurgia, chegando no dia D, no qual foi super bem recebido pela equipe de atendimento e cirurgia, tendo atenção a todo momento durante o procedimento, que foi longo, mas sempre sendo abordado e conseguimos busvar a melhor forma de nos comunicar. No dia seguinte, com a retirada das bandagens, e a orientação pós operatória, bem como os dias seguintes, já no Brasil, sempre tive a disposição um canal direto para duvidas, e olha que eu sou dramático e sempre pergunto tudo... já se passaram 12 dias e minha recuperação está dentro do planejado. Obrigado por todos que ajudaram e me deram o suporte necessário! Em especial a Mr. Arda, Mrs Cansu, Mr Yaşar e toda equipe médica, que não sei colocar o nome em turco rs...

Jul 26,2024Going for surgery is always scary no matter what or where it is, but honestly the MCAN team made everything so easy that all I had to do was focus on healing, they handled everything else. Their communication was brilliant even before I flew out, making sure they sent me pictures and contact details for anyone I would come into contact with, sending my medical forms in English so I could review them since they would be in Turkish at the hospital, sending me videos of exactly how to exit the airport so I could find them and didn’t get lost, updating me with a times of when I would be picked up for appointments etc. I couldn’t fault it at all. Once I arrived and had my operation, Buse and Hilal took care of me, visiting me everyday in the hotel to check everything over and putting me at ease. Hilal even answered my calls and questions late at night when I was worrying and has kept supporting me since I got back to the UK. Buse was there with my driver to pick me up on the morning of my operation, helped me check into the hotel and helped to translate everything for me and stayed with me right up until I went to theatre. She was also there for my checkups and to help me pick up my prescriptions which was incredibly helpful. They were both amazing and are assets to MCAN. Arda was my care coordinator and he was wonderful too, he sorted everything from my hotel stay to my airport transfers to my quotes for surgery, making sure to send me information before I even thought to ask for it. It made everything just so smooth. I would definitely recommend MCAN if you’re thinking of doing this!
