Sep 29,2024I have had two very positive experiences with MCAN, all the staff were polite, helpful and all went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Hilal was an amazing communicator and was always happy to answer any of my questions. The transportation team were very punctual and always asked if I had any luggage I needed carrying. As I mentioned before, going that extra mile for your patients. This was my 2nd procedure at MCAN, I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Only feeling the pain in the start but through out the whole process it was such a good experience. So happy with the process. Mcan is the best if you're think of hair transplant. Thank you MCAN. Sep 27,20245⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mcan I just wanna thank dr furkan and the nurses for doing something what’s out my confidence back up to 100%. From day one dr furkan has been amazing with me talking me through all the procedures from getting picked up from the airport to the hotel n clinic etc. if you have questions to ask even early hours in morning he will help you much as he can he doesn’t hesitate. The day I was getting my hair transplant they look after you like you are royalty honestly I was there for 9 hours n I didn’t wanna leave with the way they was treating me I felt like a king👑 they even cooked me a delicious meal from scratch for dinner they didn’t have to do it as I brought a little munch but the made sure I ate proper food. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure letting this guys work on me and I will be back next year for my teeth I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Thank you dr furkan and the nurse called hilal your the best🙌🏻

Sep 22,2024After several years of wanting to sort out my aging yellowing teeth the final push came when my partner of 2 years also wanted some work done so we took that leap of faith 🙏🏽. Spent a lot of time researching clinics in Turkey but all seemed pretty generic so just dived in on what caught our eye at the time. One simple click of the button and the response was almost immediate, so much so that it made me a little weary of the eagerness but had to put that pessimistic view of things to one side and just roll with it. And wow my partner and I were glad we did, in spite of my pessimism and borderline rudeness on my part, Furkan was extremely patient and had a lot of time for us even exchanging messages at weekends and very late in the evenings to walk us through all of our concerns. We finally agreed a date that fitted around my work schedules, again Furkan was unbelievably helpful with that to ensure in spite of a lot of work for the pair of us, was able to carry out procedure in the shortest amount of time possible, 5 days to be precise. Furkan and the team from Mcan organised everything from logistics to and from airport and clinics to accommodation. The hotel was 5 star ish but the finer details were down to the hotel and not Mcan so shouldn’t complain . So the procedure of full Hollywood smiles for both my fiancé and I started the day after arrival, I’m not going to pretend it was completely pain free, I mean who enjoys going to the dentist when you are not in trouble 🤷🏽♂️ but we were well looked after. A special mention to the absolutely adorable Diyaz who was our doctor preforming all works, she’s teeny tiny which made you feel less intimidated but more importantly she’s absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer doctor, world class 👌. Throughout the whole stay we were regularly informed of what to expect and kept in the loop with timings, collections, and the usual who, why, where and what Q&A. To add to all of that we were in Istanbul one of the craziest cities I’ve been to in recent years, London meets NY meets Rome with a sprinkling of Paris, it’s absolutely bonkers which suited us to a tee when not at the clinic. So apologies for the rambling but sometimes these reviews don’t really say much (unlike mine 😅) but if you’ve been thinking about getting your teeth sorted don’t waste time on the internet get in touch with Furkan and let him make your dreams come true …. a little cheesy but he does just that 🙏🏽. Good work team Mcan I’m off to pretend I’m 10 years younger 😏x

Sep 18,2024I had a face (without the forehead) neck lift and eye lower eyelid tightening in March 2024. After the operation I had no pain at all and did not need any painkillers. The nurses came every day to the hotel and were absolutely lovely and very helpful the same goes by the way also for the drivers and my personal consultant thank you so much for your daily support. After two weeks I went home as I wanted to stay longer than one week in case I had some complications. Now it has been almost 6 months after the operation I have to say the result is really good. The neck part could have been done more as it still has some skin left and also the left side of my face could be tighter. I contacted MCAN and they told me to send them pictures what I did and I also made a video but they insisted that I send them the ones from up and down left and right. Again I send them more pictures but they were still not happy with it so I asked for a video call with my doctor. First they said yes but afterwards I did not get the chance to have a video call at all. In my opinion the after care of MCAN is a bit lacking what is really a pity as everything else was really great. I plan to go again in April next year and then I will get the chance to talk to my doctor in person.

Sep 18,2024Hello everyone! My journey with MCAN Health was wonderful! I recommend everyone to rely on them! As a tip I can offer, ask Cansu, they are wonderful guides and assistants! The drivers as well are all wonderful. I had surgery 3 month ago with Dr. Serhat Dundar, breast implant and mastopexy, I can tell you that I have a wonderful result. They provide you support throughout your stay in Istanbul, this is a big point for them, and that's why I made the decision to go with them. Other doctors operate on you and then don't see you anymore, instead they are by your side all the time! I did some additional analyzes in Istanbul with their help, and here I want to thank Buse again, because she was by my side non-stop, if I didn't have her support I wouldn't have done any analysis because I was very scared, she stayed by my side until late at night when I finished all the analyses. Once again, thank you to the entire MAN team, and of course to my surgeon Serhat Dundar! Kind Regards Anca!

Sep 17,2024Having been interested in hair transplant for a year and after some research and a positive recommendation from someone I knew I decided to go with MCAN. I made my enquiry and took it from there. They were professional and helpful through WhatsApp messages, and always replied to any question or concern I had promptly. They helped with flights, hotels and transfers. It really was a tailored service and it took away so much stress with travel arrangements. You are met at he airport, the driver takes you to the hotel, then picks you up in the morning to head to the clinic for the procedure. From walking in I was made to feel welcome and the staff are wonderful and friendly. My coordinator 'Buse" has been fabulous throughout the procedure and current aftercare. My hair transplant was performed early Tuesday taking 7 hours for 4500 grafts and I can say I am delighted to have a hairline and look forward to the future. If you are wanting hair transplant I do recommend MCAN, Istanbul Turkey. They have been fabulous from start to finish. Thank you.

Sep 17,2024I came from the UK with MCANHEALTH to Istanbul Turkey for a full facelift/neck lift upper and lower Blephoplasty. MCAN from start to finish were amazing from the time of initial contact to post surgery and recovery. After we arrived we were met by our driver and transported to our hotel. We had a coordinator, nurse ,driver ,with contact numbers for support 24 hrs a day. I was fully supported through out my stay at the Biruni university hospital.Afterwards at our hotel, nothing was ever to much trouble.The help and personal assistants was exceptional it gave me reassurance and confidence in the surgery I was receiving that day.Everyone I met spoke good English and was able to describe to me each step of the way .My Surgeon was very approachable ,listened ,fully aware of my expectations and gave me the confidence to go ahead with my surgery .I fully recommend MCANHEALTH when looking to go to Turkey for cosmetic surgery .

Sep 16,2024the whole experience went so well. i had researched a lot of clinics beforehand and this one in particular seemed the most helpful and informative from the website to talking on whatsapp to my case manager Kaan. I had breast reduction and lift surgery with Dr Serhat Dundar and he did amazing i was so happy with the results. Also the nurses are hospital are so helpful, my assigned nurse Hilal, she was amazing and so helpful. before the surgery she made me really comfortable in the hospital room and she also visited me in the hotel room to check up on me after the surgery to make sure i was doing ok. i am so happy i chose MCAN Health and recommend to anyone wanting to have surgery in Istanbul !

Sep 16,2024I had eyebrow lift, facelift and necklift and mcan people are just awesome. I was so nervous and asoon as i spoke to nurses they put me at ease. Surgeon was great! Nurses were so helpfull with translating and making sure i understood everything and that i was aware of what was gonna be done and care after. I am so happy with surgeons work I will recommend surgeon and all Mcan employees to all my friends.

Pain free apart of 1st 5mints to 10 mints for injections. procedure very good doctors Very highly recommend. Drivers also very friendly The clinic is amazing clean and all staff nurses and doctors are very friendly. And also I recommend my 3 or 4 friends to them Thanks MCAN
