Sep 12,2024Mcan Health is truly one of the best aesthics hospitals in Istanbul the staff the doctors the nurses even the drivers are are excellent I did a hair transplant and it was everything I expected plus more. Sep 12,2024Well, this was my 2nd experience and I must say the first one didn't go well. This time I was pleased,well looked after, and happy with the surgeon and the surgery, especially the nurses. The hospital staff was a lot better as compared to the last one. My recovery and results are up to the point. No complications. I want to say a big thank you to the lovely Nurse Buse who made me feel comfortable. She is amazing 😘 Now I had to take 1 star off as I feel being left out. I flagged a concern many time and requested to be check by the Dr Dündar however they don’t pay any attention. My left side is not heeling as expected. I’m worried. I don’t think this is professional.

Sep 09,2024I have massively been misled by MCAN , i have been contacted by them round May after i made an enquiry last year to see if i am still interested. To summarise it they assured me for 3 months over WhatsApp that i will have full coverage and it will be dense appearance. I travelled to Istanbul on Thursday the 05/09/2024 I met them on the 10th and basically gave me 2 options i either have full coverage and it will be thin or they cover 60% of my baldness and that meant to be a dense appearance, i have no problem with these 2 options if you told me before i travel and pay loads for ticket and also pay for the Hotel ? THE TRICKY PART , when i was not happy with the options and said i dont want to go ahead they asked me to pay €300 cancellation fee ? Even tho nothing ever been mentioned in all documents they sent me about cancellation fee which i refused to pay and left without paying. I feel bad for the lady who gave me the consultation i dont think she was meant to tell me these 2 options because if it was the Clinic honestly and being genuine they would of told me before i go to Istanbul as i sent about 10 pictures to all angles. Ps, my donor area is very thick so just to be a step ahead before they might use this as an excuseand am happy to provide pictures to anyone who is actually considering them ! To be fair and genuine this is My experience and this is how i have been treated, when it comes to medicaland health things please be mindful people , these clinics wants your money then send you back to your country.

Sep 07,2024AVOID! I got 360 vaser liposuction with Dr Ceran in December 2023 and suffered a severe stage 4 burn. The follow up team scheduled a 2 minute video call where Dr Ceran proceeded to tell me how he used protected sheets for the skin during surgery and recommended products for burns, which I had to pay for out of my own money and did not work! I am now left permanently scarred 9 months later and have had one surgery to fix it, I’m awaiting another surgery as the burn is so severe. I am now in the process of taking legal action against Dr Ceran and MCAN and I highly suggest that people looking to get surgery avoid this joke of a company and read the honest reviews about how they mess up people’s bodies and lives. I have pictures of their work and my scar should anyone request proof of Dr Ceran’s unprofessional work. Save your money and go to a reputable clinic where the surgeons know what they’re doing.

Some day I come to istanbul and visit you. I don't go out before I have my money. they have even ruined my skin. I'm so mad!!! Shii.t place !!!

Sep 02,2024Unfortunately after having the transplant at MCAN Turkey, I was left with very poor hair density. This transplant did not achieve the density I was expecting and looks very sporadic. I think my hair actually looks worse now than before and I am very disappointed with the current outcome. I have sent emails to the team after receiving requests from MCAN regarding progress pictures. I have attached my progress pictures and sent them for review, but they have not responded. I would really appreciate a response so we can discuss this as no one is replying to me, and I am so unbelievably self-conscious of how I look it makes me miserable.

Aug 29,2024I had been considering undergoing blepharoplasty, a facelift, and a neck lift for a long time, but the fear of not finding a trusted company and a skilled doctor held me back. After extensive research, I discovered MCan through TikTok, where real patients shared their experiences, along with the names of their doctors and the procedures they had done. I even had the chance to chat with some of them, which further reassured me. Additionally, I read numerous reviews on TrustPilot, particularly about the doctor who came highly recommended - Dr. Serhat Dündar. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul to my return flight to London, I can confidently give MCan the highest rating for their exceptional service. Every aspect of my journey was handled with care and professionalism. First, I want to highlight the incredibly polite and helpful driver, Ömer, who made all my transfers seamless. The nurses, Buse and Cansu, were nothing short of wonderful. They were always available, whether at the hotel or in the hospital. They went above and beyond by purchasing my medications, assisting me in securing a refund for my hotel when I needed to extend my hospital stay by an extra night due to my health. Buse even washed and styled my hair with such care, like a professional hairdresser, while Cansu's cheerful disposition and kindness gave me the energy I needed during moments of weakness. Now, a special mention for Dr. Dundar—he is truly a remarkable person and an outstanding professional. I had countless doubts and worries, especially since I hadn’t had a face-to-face consultation with him beforehand. However, when we finally met at the hospital, we discussed everything in detail. He provided expert advice on what procedures were essential and what could be postponed. Dr. Dundar visited me every day in the hospital, along with his professional assistant, to examine my scars and change the dressings. The transformation in my appearance is astounding—no more tired look, sagging cheeks, or double chin. I genuinely look 10 to 15 years younger. Although I’m still in the recovery phase, with some scar healing and numbness in certain areas, Buse remains in touch with me, always ready to answer any questions I have. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to the manager, Arda, who organized every detail of this trip with promptness and efficiency. He was always quick to respond, offered various options, and is now arranging a post-operative consultation with Dr. Dundar in London, which I requested to ensure my recovery is on track. A big thank you to everyone involved! I will wholeheartedly recommend MCan to all my friends.

I was concerned what the aftercare may look like but Cansu reached out daily for photo updates, suggestions and advice.

The standard is high and I would definitely recommend MCan if you are condlsidering FUE treatment. They look after you from the moment they meet you and the after service is ongoing and 5 star. Very impressed!

Aug 22,2024I have made enquiry via Whatclinic on 15th of July to multiple clinics about breast augmentation. All of them contacted me back soon or later. MCAN contacted me very next day and they were only one who called me and asked me what I wanted and explained me everything. They have answered all the questions I had. I was little hesitant to trust the clinic abroad, I have read all the reviews, checked their socials. Of course I have found negative reviews as well, but that was not surprising for me as a office manager in one of the companies in the Uk I know is not possible to have all happy customers. After reviewing more than 10 quotes from different clinics, I made decision and trusted them . Surgery was set for August 12th. Day before my flight (11th) in house nurse Cansu Arsian contacted me via WhatsApp app. She introduced me and explained me everything step by step. What to bring with me, what to do, what not to and so on. She was available for 24/7. Once I landed their driver Omercan picked us up from airport and drove us to 5* hotel. He was so helpful, he even sent me a little video where we would meet, so everything would go smoothly . Very next day Cansu came to our hotel and we went to hospital together. She was explaining everything in details. She answered all my questions and made me relaxed,so she made me feel that I shouldn’t feel nervous at all. They have done all necessary tests before surgery. I did had a consultation with Dr. Dundar before went under. He told me that he will do his best to get best outcome possible. I am so glad that I have trust them . Still recovering, so it is still early to see final results but I am satisfied so far. I went back to hotel day after surgery. Nurses were coming every single day to check me.Even medications were delivered to hotel room. Day before departure we went back to hospital to see the doctor and to be discharged. They have explained me everything once again. What to expect, how to take care of myself and new implants and answered all my questions over and over again . On my departure, one of the driver came on time and took us to airport. I am back to the Uk, but still feeling that I am in their care. Cansu is checking me every single day. She is available any time I need. Cannot be thankful enough to her. She is amazing, she knows her job and does her best. 🫶🌸 I would like to say huge thank you to Dr.Dundar. He has done amazing job and I am so happy about result so far. I am sure final result will be much better (I am still recovering, only 10 days gone post surgery) .
