Once you land in Turkey they look after you until you leave. The work they do is incredible, fast and professional, as well very price friendly! The staff were professional, and the entire process—from consultation to the procedure—was smooth and well-organised. The post-care support has been excellent, with clear instructions and regular follow-ups. I highly recommend MCAN for anyone considering a hair transplant.

Aug 16,2024I first did a bbl in march 2024 with MCAN. Dr dundar is very skilled and I really like my results. Fast forward August 2024 I have returned and got a well needed breast reduction. Once again dr dundar has renewed my confidence and I feel and look amazing. I am only 7days post opp and feel amazing. The MCAN family are truly amazing. Smooth pick up at the airport informative consultation where all your questions and worries are answered. All the drivers are really nice especially driver Ömer, he took his time to drive slow very considerate. He made me feel at home he even suggested I choose my Own music to listen to through out the drive. The team of nurses are truly amazing. I once again had the honour of having the fabulous nurse Buse look after me through out my stay. She really made me feel at easy and looked after me like u would a new born baby. I can officially say I have been inducted into the MCAN family and I am a MCAN babe. I already have other surgeries planned, it’s that much easy knowing I’m in safe hands at the MCAN clinic.

Aug 15,2024Done lots of research over the year about where to go for my hair transplant. Finally decided on Mcan and so glad I did, so helpful before during and after the procedure. Very friendly staff, always answering any questions or problems and good professional personnel throughout! I’m only day 15 and so happy with my transplant already.. definitely recommend

Aug 14,2024My experience of MCAN has been an extremely positive experience - from start to finish. So much so that, I will be coming back next year. I met some other patients during my journey (3, in fact) and all are returning patients. After speaking with them, and two at length in particular, it is clear that all have had a very positive experiences, which has contributed to further happiness and are returning patients. These patients mentioned having the following: dental work, hair transplant and face lift). I, myself undertook three surgeries in one, mummy makeover - involving a tummy took, 360 liposuction, and breast reduction. It became difficult to lose weight around my torso due to my beloved son lol. Anyway, firstly the admin team (I was supported by Kaan) were excellent. Kaan was always in contact before coming to Turkey and was supportive in making sure I received all the information and went out of his way to help me. The drivers (I was supported by both Omer and Muhammet) were absolutely fantastic; kind, caring and will go out of their way to help you. The hospital used was lovely; nurses male and female were so kind, helpful and considerate. I was given help with everything initially, and by the following day I tried my best to walk, to go to the toilet (that came first lol), and to get on and off the hospital bed on my own. There was always had such lovely encouragement, particularly from a lovely male nurse who worked evenings and night shifts, Cem. He was always there for anything I needed and always helped me to take an extra step, even though I didn't want to. (You have to schedule alloted times in your mind to walk and increase the steps daily.) Thank you, Cem. X I was originally booked in for two nights at the hospital, but I felt ready leaving after another night's stay, which was not a problem at all. I was simple able to pay for the third night before leaving hospital. :) My nurses, Hlilal and Buse were unbelievably kind and helpful. Buse, thank you for those incredible lymphatic massages; your care for the patients is undeniable and I could see how very meticulous you are when helping patients during hotel visits. It was so nice to see you at the hospital, also, when you would check in on how I was doing. Please thank the other surgeon supporting (I didn't get his name, who would come in daily at the hospital, bless him). Hilal, thank you for being so proactive in our communication, being supportive and for having patience with me, particularly during your visit when I first stayed at the hotel! You are very kind. In addition, I was very happy with the hotel chosen for me. I was shocked by how supportive and caring hotel staff have been! Finally, a very, very big thank you to the artist, also know as Dr. Dundar. I am shocked by your incredible passion, to make your patients happy with their results and how you have quite literally transformed me for the absolute better. I did not bruise, too, and during the days after the operation, some of my stitches have even dissolved, which I'm quite surprised by. Scaring is even looking good! I can see it disappearing quicker than anticipated. I now can't wait to start exercising in a few weeks (Dr. Dundar gave very good instructions for aftercare over the next 6 weeks as how to go about this, not to mention Buse's instructions for showering and cleaning aftercare). I wanted to take time to write this review for others who are thinking of coming to Turkey. I researched well for a few weeks and was really happy with the choice that I made. Thank you so much MCAN. I look forward to seeing you next year (I will be back). X

Aug 13,2024I had hair transplant and Steam cell therapy with MACAN VERY GOOD VERY WELL ORGANISED PROFESSIONAL TEAM. Pain free procedure very good doctors Very highly recommend. The clinic is amazing clean and all staff nurses and doctors are very friendly. Will be pleasure for me to go back to continue with another procedure in the further.

Aug 06,2024Mcann health has been absolutely amazing in every way! I had a doctor’s consultation prior to attending to Turkey and this made me feel well assured and safe. After attending all the staff have been absolutely spectacular and so lovely! My surgeon was very professional with his rhinoplasty and upper eye lid blepharoplasty! Hilal my advisor was very caring along the whole way always keeping touch and checking up, all other stuff were great too including hospital, nurses and our driver Omer was extremely nice and lovely!! Overall very good and positive experience at Mcan, will be back. Very good level of care.

Aug 01,2024Hi all, I would definitely recommend this clinic me and my 2 siblings got hair transplant and the service we received from the clinic staff, transport service and hotel provide by the company was amazing. I can’t fault them in any way. They answered all questions. Kept us up to date every step of the process. They were all very welcoming, friendly and the clinic was very clean and received excellent hospitality from clinic and hotel.

Dr Serhart Dundar was my surgeon and was very professional, kind and warm with a very reasonable and logical consult achieving a real good outcome for me. I had lipo and upper Bleph. The wider team were also great in the Clinic ,arranged everything to ensure I was comfortable the whole time including after when I returned home answering all follow up questions I had. Buse was my nurse and she was excellent. I really highly recommend this company and team . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aug 21,2024WOW. What an incredible experience I had. I am from the uk but I am also Turkish. My friend in Australia used MCAN and recommended them to me and I am so so glad. From start to finish the experience has been exceptional. We was collected from the airport by Omer who was fantastic. He helped us with so much throughout my stay and fetched us and took us back to my aunties apartment on a lot of occasions. If we ever needed anything he would always help us with anything. We also had a few other drivers that took me to the clinic and home each day for my bandage change and they were fantastic. The nurses were all incredible and Arda was really helpful. Hilal is amazing and she still Messages me everyday to ask how I am and any issues I have or any questions I message her and she replies straight away. She is so so helpful and came to the hospital with me before surgery. Everyone I met was really amazing. The surgeon and his assistant surgeon was lovely and the hospital was 5* and so clean. I would recommend Mcan to anyone I know. They are incredible and so so helpful. I had a breast reduction and rhinoplasty. I cried when I seen my breasts, fantastic. My nose I am still waiting for the swelling to go down to be able to see it’s true form but I know it will be amazing. I can’t express to anyone how much I recommend Mcan. I know there is a lot of controversy with surgery in turkey however from someone who is English and Turkish I honestly can say I don’t think I would have found anyone better than Mcan. They are 5* in my opinion and my auntie and sister who were also with me were so shocked by how amazing their service was. We were treated like royalty and the level of health care assistance is fantastic. Thank you MCAN, you have amazing staff and facilities. Thank you everyone who helped me and thank you to Hilal for continuing your support with me each day. If I decide to have any other surgery I would chose Mcan in a heartbeat. I have already recommended you to a Turkish friend who is wanting a rhinoplasty :) I will also add everyone speaks English so so well so you don’t have to worry if you don’t speak Turkish.
