I was very impressed with Mcan from the start to the finish , kept in constant contact and always there if I needed any assistance. I would like to say thank you to the driver and to every staff member at the clinic for making my experience good and giving me a hairline again . I highly recommend mccan and will be back if I’m ever needing other treatment done

From start to finish, the company was amazing with every aspect. The transfers from the airport-hotel and clinic. The consistent contact to ensure that I had no complications aswell as answering every question I had. They made the experience extremely streamlined and stress free. The staff were all encouraging and polite, and the operations were performed with no hassle. Only stressful part was the flight travelling to and from, due to nerves. Outside of that the company handled my surgeries a hair transplant which was done pain free besides the local anaesthesia injection but that was to be expected and rhinoplasty where the doctor did not make any abrupt changes but focussed on the designing a nose to fit my facial features, exceptionally. I would definitely recommend going through MCAN.

This is my second time having surgery with Mcan I would not go with anyone else, their service is incredible. I have had surgery in the UK,previously and the service I have received from mcan is by far a better one!

I really liked how organized both my hair transplant and blephorplasty.It was hard going to a foreign country to have medical procedures done. I was very satisfied with MCAN. Communication, drivers, nurses, doctors and staff were pleasant and professional. All needs were met. Thanyu Saba, Farzan and all other staff. I have already recommended MCAN to friends. My eyes look great. I hope to see some more hair in 4 months. Again Thankyu.

I cannot say for now how the final result will be, but for sure the staff medical treat me as an artist, since I Am a surgeon, they show me every medication before the application, and their way to manage the client is special, thanks to Farnaz , she answer as soon as possible when I reach her, she is one of a kind person that I could have in my clinic. My experience over all was great. I was picked up from the airport and driven to the hotel where we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was really good. The next day I was picked up from the hotel to the clinic. The whole procedure was long but the staff was generally good. It's been about 9 weeks since I had the procedure and so far everything's looking good. I was told they'll do 4000 grafts but i wasn't given anything in writing as some other clinics do, so I'm not entirely sure. I can still see some redness and bald patches in the donor area but i understand that it's normal at this stage. I might write another review later once the donor and the recipient areas have both fully recovered. The consultant Saba was really helpful and made this experience easier and convenient. Thank you.

Can’t really comment on the result as I just had it done. However service provided was exceptional from the moment I made contact. Having had a hair transplant previously in a different clinic in Turkey, service provided by Mcan was far superior. All questions answered very quickly. Big thanks to the specialist who looked after me on arrival to Istanbul. She was fantastic as were the team in the clinic during the procedure. Only one negative I have is the hotel was not 5 star. More like 3 star.

I just had my hair transplant procedure and while I haven’t seen the full results yet, I will tell you that the experience and staff was amazing. Everyone was courteous, nice, professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and may even use them for other procedures outside of hair transplant!

I discovered Mcan by researching online for a reputable surgeon. I'm glad I chose Mcan for my operation/ rhinoplasty. The surgeon is very experienced and professional. My result is very good. Mcan made sure I was very comfortable throughout the entire process, from before the operation to after during my recovery and throughout my entire stay. The nurses and staff made sure I was cared for and attended to any needs I had. I would be happy to recommend Mcan to anyone who is searching for a place to trust for their aesthetic surgeries. Dr Alhan was my surgeon and he did an excellent job. I was nervous to have anything done but I felt reassured after meeting him and after my operation I could see he did a very high quality job.
